 + -1 moreThe bad part they were suppose to come back to install the DVR as the house was under construction but I have been unable to contact Phoenix or Stephen Alley to acquire the DVR and activate the security system. At this point I am out the DVR and security system activation given the DVR was never installed in the home. I am giving them an F until I can get my DVR that was paid for under the contract.
Description of Work: They wired my home a security system provided by Phoenix, all phone jacks, cable wiring for internet inside home.
