This was the first time I used them.The mouse was dying, but dying on my floor. So I was not happy but they came and got down more stuff. As long as I called them they came, put down more stuff and didn't charge me every time that they came out. It was the initial mouse contract and they came back until the mouse situation was done.

Very responsive. I have them quarterly so if issues come up between appointment they always come out promptly to fix it. I am very happy with the responsiveness of the company and the quality of their work.

The exterminator showed up on time and was very friendly. He sprayed around the house and inside the house. Warned me to take the dog somewhere out for an hour so he did not get harmed. Overall good experience!

There was evidence of mice in our basement. The representative came out and after inspecting the area went outside the house and left some traps - which I could have done. A waste of money.

"Based on the information I would agree with you. Often mice can be dealt with by the homeowner, and there are times when if just cannot be. In the future, if you call and express your concerns, which I agree seem valid, we could have compensated you. I am sorry we did not live up to the expectations. Thank you for the review however."
