We have used Patriot termite inspection for years.  This year we decided to add their pest service.  Our technician Kevin is outstanding.  He removes his boots as soon as he comes into the house.  He is very knowledgeable, professional and punctual.  He arrives when he is scheduled to, no waiting around, and completes the tasks quickly.  He is very thorough and explains what and why he is doing something.  His service is keeping all bugs at bay.

They visit quarterly. He is a nice man, same Derrick who comes every time. He is good. They were fine. They do what they suppose to do. They seem to do a good work. We do not have any problem. They come when you call them. They were on time. They were good.

Dave was prompt, very thorough and excellent at walking me through his home inspection findings and explaining in great detail the implications of any issues he had identified. He took great care to look at every aspect of the home I am purchaseing and identified things I never would have noticed. Of the three home inspections I have had done over my lifetime, his was by far the most comprehensive and professionally done.

We had bugs around our deck area that looked odd. I called Patriot and Kevin came right over ! He confirmed that we had termites. They treated the problem and offered a guarantee to go along with the treatment. Very professional. And punctual.

We used Patriot Services for our home inspection based on a realtor recommendation. The inspector was unable to get into the property on first try. I do not believe it was their fault though. We opted to not be present for the inspection and received the report promptly after it was finished. The report noted some issues where further investigation was recommended. One of the issues was "attic ac system has standing water in overflow pan. Water in overflow pan indicates a condensation drainage problem. Recommend evaluation and any needed repairs by an HVAC company." Since the seller would not pay for further investigation we decided to wait until we got into the house to have it checked. According to the inspector the system was working fine at this point. After moving into the house 10 days later the AC unit was entirely frozen and inoperable. We have now been without AC for days and have to have an entire new unit installed. The HVAC company doing the install stated the inspector should have further evaluated the standing water. After calling Patriot and speaking with the inspector the only response I received was "sorry for your misfortune". I really think they could have done a better job of inspecting the property and educating us on the problems the property had.

I called them after finding them on the yellow pages and they came in and did a very good job. They’re very reliable. The company is very good. I think the price is reasonable too. They were here earlier than the time agreed. 

When you place the call, they come out immediately.  It's usually within a day or two between call and the appointment.  They have a reasonable price for both areas that I use them in.  The same technician comes each time so they understand the surroundings.

Kevin did a great job explaining the process of applying the termite liquid barrier around our house.  I contacted him on multiple occasions with additional questions and he politely answered them all.  When the technician came out (I believe it was Ozzie), he was polite and explained the process as he went around the house. They did a very good job, and their price was much more reasonable than others.

The first trip, the owner came out and did a fine job. They were supposed to come out for quarterly treatments and then whenever we called with a problem. Things were fine for a few months.  Then we started having issues.  When we called, the technicians came out and generally gave excuses as to why they could not treat: they didn't see anything and couldn't treat if they didn't see anything, treatment was unecessary, the treatment is toxic and they recommend against it since we had small children and pets. Basically, any reason to leave quickly and not do the work.  When the contract expired, I elected not to renew and went with a different company.

Smoothly and professional.  Courteous and thorough service.  Knowledgeable and willing to provide explanations.

We are happy with them and have used them for 4 years. They come about 4 times a year. We have had no problems with them. When they come they ask if we have noticed anything different or if we've had an increase in ants or any other problems. They will look at anything and then go ahead and do it. We are okay with the price. They come at the time they are supposed to and we don’t have to call them. They are very professional.

We were pleased with them.  They were efficient and polite.  My tenant liked them as well - that made me happy.

They do a great job of coming every year to inspect. They inspect carefully and go through every part of the house. They don’t spray unless we tell them we have evidence of it and until it had damaged something. They take time to make you knowledgeable about things and they are very friendly. They are timely. We schedule as we can and they are always courteous.
