They did a terrible job. They have now sold the business to another company, but it is the same people that are also there. Palm is now doing business at American Pools. They have changed their name to American Pools. Overall, it went very badly. I absolutely would never work with them. I would tell you to absolutely stay away from them. The manager, Greg, is deceitful and responsive. The price wasn’t bad. They told me my pool is going to be done in the middle of June and didn’t even start it until the middle of July. It wasn’t finished by the end of July. They were 6 weeks late completing it.

Avoid using this company, they don't honor contracts and they won't even comply with the Court orders.

It was an unbelievable challenge to get the work done. The salesman came out (Don Fraze) and surveyed our backyard and gave us the cost estimate. We specifically asked if we needed a retaining wall, as we've got a serious slope in the backyard. He assured us we didn't. We put down the deposit and ordered the pool. When the installation team came out, the foreman asked why I didn't have the retaining wall in, as the pool couldn't be built without it. Additional cost of the retaining wall... $6600!! I called Palm and said I wanted my deposit back, as I wasn't happy with the unplanned additional cost. They REFUSED! After repeated conversations and negotiations the best I could do, short of hiring a lawyer was to get them to pay for 1/2 the cost of the wall. After the wall was built, the installation team came back out. They didn't have the right liner, all the parts or the accessories. This took several more calls and trips to resolve.
