I love supporting small business owners. This is a mom and pop shop that's been in business for 20 years. They genuinely care about their customers. More importantly, they know their stuff! The owner is an ASE certified master mechanic, the shop does everything but body work (including state and emission inspections), and they do NOT recommend or perform unnecessary repairs or maintenance (unlike the dealerships I've used in the past). Convenient location, great service, reasonable prices.

I needed to replace 2 alloy wheels. They are BMW so the factory replacement price for the rim/wheel (not the tire) is $306 per wheel! Since its a 1999, they sourced a couple of places that refurbish genuine BMW parts to like new and offered those to me for about $220 each. They knew waht to ask for - there are 5 variations of that alloy wheel for my make and model. I've researched these places before, never used them, and the claims are true - they looked like brand new. I already had one other new rim on the car, so I had them replace the third rim too. Now I have one new OEM alloy and three refurbished OEM alloys - can't tell them apart.

They are quite reasonable. They are as honest as the day is long. In fact, they've been written up a couple of times in local news papers and stuff, one of the articles noted that the work was covered by his warranty and they offered for him to take the car to his dealer. They are very reliable. Ever since my father died they put themselves in his shoes and make sure they take care of our cars. Everything is done right and they are really super nice guys, they do a super good job at a reasonable price.

I have used them for 20 years and they are excellent. They are good at what they do and I will use them again in the future. Their prices are no better or worse than anybody else and they are better than any dealership.

They are very professional and the quality of their work is very good. My husband prefers using their services. My husband is very critical and would never have gone back to them if they were not doing a good job. Their charges are reasonable and they will call to let us know whether there are any other issues to be resolved. They will not do anything without asking first and telling us what it is going to cost.
