NVB Contracting

I hired NVB Contracting to replace the shingles on our home. Their customer service was great and the installation crew was very proffesional. I was very satisfied with NVB's work from start to finish.

Brandle and his team were wonderful. NVB took on my job when NO ONE else would. Seriously, I called 12 contractors and either they wouldnâ t call me back, or said it was too far to drive. I live just past Capon Bridge. Even though he was really busy, he got my job completed in the time frame he promised. His crew showed up every morning at the usual starting time. They were respectful and kind. They cleaned up their mess. Everything I asked for and anything he said he would do, he did. They even worked two Saturdays to get the work done. The job was replacing 10 deck footers for a two story deck that were rotting and completely inadequate. I also had them install an oven vent that needed cut through the roof. Awesome job on that. And added an emergency job of replacing a sliding door that leaked and rotted the bedroom floor. He did that for me next day, and installed our laminate in the bedroom. I cant say enough good things about these guys. Brandleâ s customer service is also great. He gets back to you, and will do it with a phone call, not just a text. The prices for all of the projects were reasonable, and the final price was always what he quoted. He treats his team with respect, and seems to be a good boss. This is the team to hire.

NVB Contracting LLC worked with our insurance company to make our roof brand new again! The process was very easy as they acted as our insurance advocate to communicate with our insurance company and adjuster on our behalf. They were able to get our roof repaired under storm insurance restoration repairs and replacement for only our our deductible. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL!! It was a quick replacement and they cleaned up the yard wonderfully. We highly recommend NVB. Call them today for a free estimate!!!

This roofing company is the best I have ever encountered. The workers were quick and extremely skilled. They were also very organized with all of their procedures, from removal of the old roof to the new installation and cleanup. Not a wasted movement. The customer representative was knowledgeable, communicative and pleasant to work with. This company is superb.

NVB s crew did a great job on my roof. They showed up on a Saturday which I requested, got a very early start, and finished by noon. They did a great job on my roof, and not only did they clean up my head, but they made sure to clean up both my neighbors yards as well. The roof looks great! Couldn t be happier.

I had a GREAT experience with NVB Contracting. We have had some pretty strong winds lately, and I had noticed shingles missing. I called NVB in the morning, and by 11:00 Jhonatan Zelaes was here to give me a quote. He gave the quote by climbing on the roof and taking pictures to send to my phone. He gave us a quote and returned 2 days later to finish the job. Jhonatan and his team were professional and cleaned up when the job was done. I highly recommend this company.

Eric Bradley of NVB Contracting performed a great service for me. He helped me with every aspect of securing a new roof and gutters for my hail damaged house. He knew how to deal with my insurance company and held my hand through the claim process. His crews did an excellent job of installation and clean up. Everyone was polite, nice and professional. All was completed in a timely manner and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Eric and his company!

Eric knows what customer service means: very responsive, patient (answered ALL my questions) and thorough. The product is high quality and the craftsmanship is superb. They completed my large roof in 2 days and thoroughly cleaned up the mess despite the windy conditions. Virtual estimate followed by high tech drone pictures. Crane-placed materials. Moreover it was the least disruptive roof replacement I have been through (military family, its our third!). We could not be happier with the finished product and have already invited NVB back to bid on future projects! Highly recommend NVB for your roofing (and other) needs!

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with NVB Contracting LLC. We've had many roofing companies approach us over our time in our house; however, NVB's professionalism has been top-notch, far exceeding their competition. We've never felt as though we were being prodded to "find" something wrong with our roof. Rather, their inspection was thorough and honest, and their communication throughout the entire process was clear, efficient, and effective. I appreciate them taking the time to walk us through everything in the entire process, it has really been a pleasant experience. I want to give a recommendation for NVB Contracting LLC. They did an excellent job this summer when they reshingled our home. They were great to work with from planning, pricing, application, clean up, and follow up.

Various people {all associated with Rival companies} indicated that NVB did not do good work. My experience with the Salesmen was and NVB was excellent, Derick H. was committed to seeing that I as the customer was pleased with his work as a salesmen, and after the work was completed, he returned the next day to verify how the workers performed. ** I had glass lightiing in my front yard. The workers removed the bulbs prior to starting the work, covered front and back patios. Checked our entire grounds to make sure no safety issues existed. Started by 8:00am and completed the project by 4:30, cleaned up entire area, Our grounds were cleaner than when they started the project. Wife and I already had inquires on the work, and the look. I am totally impressed with NVB

We highly recommend NVB Contracting. After a hailstorm, our whole roof had to be replaced. We had our insurance company inspect our roof for storm damage and the insurance company approved the replacement before we signed a contract with NVB.  Working with NVB has been a great experience from start to finish. Willie Gomes is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step and detail of the process and handled all the paperwork with the insurance. Throughout the process he was in touch regularly to keep us informed. The whole crew was also very professional. The new roof is beautiful. We got a great new roof for very little out of pocket.

We were very pleased with the entire process when NVB replaced our roof. They were present with the insurance adjuster and made that process easy. They replaced the roof in one day on our two story house and also did some downspout repair. They also came back and replaced screens and installed a chimney cap. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Our new roof looks great. As a REALTOR, I look for people whom I can recommend, and I have already recommended NVB to several other REALTOR's. Insurance claims repairs can be a nightmare. But working with NVB really made the process quick and easy. The employees were very professional and the work was extremely high-quality. They took the time to match perfectly our previous house paint which was 15 years old. Now we know the exact color we need to repaint the house.

The salesman is easy to talk to and very helpful when making the decisions on color and grade of shingles. My husband and I were impressed with how efficiently and carefully they worked on the roof. The laborers did a great job on the roof and were careful to not leave any pieces of shingles or anything else in our yard because we have dogs that chew everything. Overall we are happy with the work they did.

We recently had NVB replace our roof and repair some damage on an inside room. Overall the project was completed and looks real good. There (as in all projects) some hiccups. 1. The building materials showed with no notice that they were going to be delivered. The truck sent was unable to go up our steep driveway and another method was used. 2. We were told a date when the work was schedule and that it would take 2 days. No one showed up on that day and we were unable to get in touch with our Project/Sales Manager. We finally got in touch with someone from NVB and found that they work was scheduled for the next and was planned for a 1 day job. Jeremy Trullio was our Project Manager. He was helpful, always had explanations, and available for communications most of the time. We are pleased with the work and would recommend NVB contracting. However you should expect things to be adjustable.

With all the severe storms this year, I noticed that many people in the area have been getting their roofs done. So, with all that demand, I assumed that getting someone to address our roof in a timely fashion (before any further damage could occur) would be difficult at best. But after receiving a referral from a friend, I gave NVB a call. They came out promptly, handled everything with my insurance company and have hit all the dates for delivering materials and installation. Jeremy has been very responsive and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

My roof was installed 4 years old and has to be replaced because the contractor did not install the roof to wall flashing properly. There is significant rot on the decking and wall studs. Thousands of dollars to repair the damage. I have pictures if you need to see them.

The rep they sent out, Josh, was excellent. The project was completed quickly and except for leaving some nail bundles on the shed roof, the roof job was well done. The screens that were wrecked in the tear off, I fixed myself, but I could have taken them in and these guys would have had their screen guy do it for me free. it was several screens and I got them give me a refund for my out of pocket for screening materials. I would use them again.

This roofing company was on time, delivered as promised, also, left the site as promised, no nails anywhere and the site was cleaned up every evening before they left. This was a wonderful experience, no stress, and all the employees were polite and immediately dealt with any issues on site. It was a pleasure working with Eric and his team.

NVB's crew of 5 did a fantastic job replacing my roof after wind damage. They completed the job in 1 day and the clean up was impeccable. Enough can't be said about Jonathan's professionalism and knowledge .
