We hired them to replace some wall and floor tile in several bathrooms and our laundry room. While the job was primarily tile work, it also involved painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical work. It also involved some design-as-you-go work. We were amazed. Dianna did an exceptional job for the original design and the material estimation. Chris and Pablo were flawless in their execution and in solving minor (and some major) issues and accommodating design changes as they inevitably arose. The work and results far exceeded our expectations, and was the best home improvement work I have seen... bar none!. They were punctual. They were fastidious in cleaning up every day, and were a pleasure to work with. BTW, their price was exceptionally reasonable and it was definitely the “Best Value”. We recommend them enthusiastically without any reservations .. and in the home improvement business, I think, that is the best endorsement we can give!

Excellent contractor!!  The package I purchased provided two Handymen for one hour.  They arrived on time and went right to work. One determined the cause of the roof leak and make the repair.  The other hung several pictures.  I was more than pleased with their professionalism and workmanship and will definitely hire them again in the future.

Excellent. I called Saturday and they were able to send two gentlemen over Sunday. They arrived promptly, completed the work professionally, cleaned up after themselves completely and answered all our questions cheerfully. We're planning to have them back soon to re-do a fireplace surround..

NORVA was outstanding to work with.  They are a locally owned and operated company in my area which is why I chose to use them for this project.  Not only did they arrive when they said they would and completed the job to my satisfaction, they went above and beyond the call of duty as it relates to this project.  Here is why - The Sunsetter awning they originally installed was discovered to be defective after they had attached it to my home.  There was no way to tell the product was broke until after installation was complete.  NORVA immediately contacted Sunsetter and arranged for a new awning to be delivered.  Recognizing that I was going to incur extra costs to have the defective awning removed, packaged up and returned and a new Sunsetter awning installed, they worked on their own to get compensation from both Sunsetter and Costco Warehouse.  I was extremely impressed by this.  I am happy to report that the second awning arrived, defective free, and NORVA returned to finish the job.  No questions asked.  I intend to use NORVA for all of my home improvement needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest contractor!!

They got here exactly on time and had all the equipment needed for the work.  He did a great job on looking at my garage and he had to come back for some additional work.  There are nails coming out in certain areas of my home and they will work on that.  The only problem is, it was a $150 for two hours of work and $56 for the materials for the garage door.  I think he inflated the price a little bit.  I asked them for a receipt for something that I have to pay for but they did not give me a receipt.  I am not going to hire them again.

Owner came by same day, took measurements and asked questions about what I would like to see in the final repair. She then called back the next day, had some followup questions from the glass vendor, booked the order, and called back with a timeline. They held to the timeline, and it looks great!

They are a great company to work with. They removed a wall. They adapted what I was telling them and made suggestions. They took things that I had in the house here and my mom ended up going into retirement home community and I ended up with all her stuff and which room to start with. I mean they made those kind of suggestions and then it is like okay let us do this and let us do that and they matched up the wood that was on the steps to make it so that it was a step down on either side of the entrance way. It was a small step up, small step down, but originally there was a wall there two steps up and then up the stairway to the bedrooms so this way now you can go between. In older house each room is kind of closed off and big time opened up the foyer and they matched the railing on the other side and there are just incredible people, friendly wise and go above and beyond. Originally this is third or fourth time they had been to my house, but originally they came out here and repaired what a previous contractor had done to flooring that I had put in and just all kinds of mistakes that have been made, but he had been a license contractor showing me the business license and everything and so when I had him do the inside that is when I came to find out that his license had expired and so there was no way that I could so I just ended up stopping him from the job and he wanted to get in and get the remaining floor materials and everything and I said you are not coming into my house again, but those are mine and I paid and they said you didn't pay for it, it is just that kind of thing we ended up not in a good spot at the end, but Norva just came in and for the same remaining price that was left off the gross they finished off the work and went above and beyond and they fixed all of the flaws to the floor and they went ahead and painted all the walls and hung draperies and put new lament flooring in three other bedrooms. They are just amazing. In my living room apparently they have a guy that is out I had wanted cabinets on either of the fireplace and I was just been a go with something very simple and nice, but they talked me into having hand made wooden cabinets built to my specs and I thought this is going to cost me fortune and they said no it is not they said let us do this because you know they talked me into this and I felt and I went ahead with it and these beautiful beautiful cabinets handmade with wood and came out of Wisconsin and they were shipped here and the price was incredibly low and I was just stunned and all of that was done by Norva.

Excellent. This is just the most current of many renovation projects over the past 5-plus years that we have contracted with NORVA Service Company.  They previously renovated our basement, adding a full bathroom with tub and shower, a bar and upgrading lighting, floors and ceiling. This recent laundry room renovation involved building out the walls of an unfinished portion of the basement, installing a drop ceiling, a tile floor, a counter and sink, hanging multiple closet doors, and installing multiple base and wall storage cabinets. As with all previous projects, they were very professional from the design stage, through construction and completion of the project within the time estimated line and accomplished within the initial contract pricing. Their design, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills were again evident in the very successful completion of the work. Highly recommend this company.

NORVA, owned by Chris and Diana Andrews, is an amazing company to work with. They listen to the customers desires and needs and accomplish the work with extreme detail, expertise. and time efficiency. Family members, Ernesto Andrews and Scotty Foster, are just as detailed and exhibit a good work ethic. Before starting any job, they removed all furniture and upon completion, replaced it all to it's original position. I have used this company numerous times and plan on using them for the next big remodel job. The company is highly recommended!

No problems at all.  Came same day as call (about 3 hours after call).  The company consists of a married couple that work extraordinarily well together.  Information was provided at every step when a decision was needed.

They are the most talented people I have used in a while. They do plumbing, electrical work, painting, wall papering. I have a chandelier in my foyer and I bought a huge medallion for it and Diana suggested that suggested that I paint it to match the ceiling. It was hand painted by her and they hung it up for me. While they were here fixing a leak in the bathroom, I thought that I would also have the toilets replaced. They are truly amazing and from2004 which was when I started using them until now I would say that I spent about $25000 on all that work. I wasn’t here when they came to do the work and they had a key to my house because I trusted them so much. I would leave pictures and say tell them to do this while I was gone. I was here the last couple of weeks while they did the work and they were just amazing. They kept everything, clean, organized, and efficient. They are also professional and polite.
