NEW DIMENSION

First, having seen their ads, I contacted them both via the website and the internet. With specific questions as to how they work/how the homes are built, etc. A sales rep promised to research same and get back. NOTHING. Then another attempt produced NOTHING. Finally, with zero responsiveness from the sales-rep level, I went to senior people, including the company President, Ms Landers. She did apologize for their non-responsiveness, and offered to help with other questions. Their website is an utter mess - failing to find items that they supposedly do handle, and producing more questions than answers. So I returned to her with specific questions, even pointing out where the website is creating confusion, and asking to see some real models. Got back a most-terse answer from her that I should try to find another builder. Well, I shall do that, but need to alert that their considerable problems and, well, incompetence in communications, combine with a very-unhelpful attitude. Don't run to them. Run away....
