"This lady is a land lord.she has no clue about work or plumbing. also I am wondering if she knows how to diagnose the problem . then why does she need a plumber. we tried to save her ceiling and did not leave her with hole bc there was no need for it."

Really well. Mo is professional timely, and very polite. He came out the day of the problem and worked with me to solve the problem. Others wanted to make the job easy on them which created more work for me (drywall etc). Moe and I talked through the project and he did exactly what needed to be done.

It went great. Mo came quickly and had it finished within the day. He always does a great job. He has also come quick when we had a leak from our shower and it dripped down to our kitchen. He fixed that within the day too. He is always friendly and does quality work.
