National Property Inspections

NPI was recommended to us by  friend.  We contacted John through Angie's list.  He replied via e-mail the next day, and we scheduled the inspection.  We got the date we wanted.  Leading up to the inspections we asked several questions via e-mail, which were answered promptly. 
Inspection day came and John  arrived few minutes early which was great.  He is professional, polite, and friendly.  He started with the outside of the house.  He put clean covers over his boots before he came into the house.  We started in the basement and worked the our way to the top floor.  John explained everything he was looking at and why he scored them the way he did. He also offered correction suggestions for anything that needed it. 
He entered all the data into a tablet as we went along.  Once finished, we sat at the dining room table, where John finished the report pictures included and printed out a colored hard copy of the complete report, using his own portable printer.  He also e-mailed us a PDF version of the same report.
John was easy to work with, and very thorough.  We will certainly use him again when we need another inspection.

Mr. Nelson did a wonderful job in inspecting a leaking in our basement.  The pricing was fair and straightforward.  The inspection was diligent and professional.  We appreciated Mr. Nelson's performance and would recommend it to our friends, family members, neighbors and community.
