From using eggshell paint on my cabinets after being told to use gloss, to telling me that Sherwin Williams does not make a gloss interior paint, and then having to repaint when I told them that they did, to getting paint on everything in the 2 rooms, to leaving sections unpainted and using the wrong paint colors in the wrong spots...it was HORRIBLE!  I cannot effectively express how bad a job they did.  I have paint drips down the walls, spatters on all of my furniture and wood floors, a streak down an antique china hutch that I will probably have to have refinished to fix, brush strokes on my dishwasher, range, microwave, and dishes in the cabinets.  I called them back to repaint spots they had missed and the mess just got worse.  DO NOT USE THEM.
