Provider made an appointment to see a vehicle, then when I arrived had the vehicle on blocks getting repaired. Sales people were less than knowledgeable and were not familiar with the specs on the line of autos they sell e.g., it is a Chevy dealership, they should be familiar with standard model specs). Sales person had to google the towing capacity. Said provider offered to follow up the same evening and offered to have me come back within 48 hours. No follow up and the next day the online listed vehicle price was increased.

We purchased a used car that was still under warranty from Manassas Chevrolet and about a year later it had transmission issues.  Manassas Chevrolet did the repairs.  They said the car was a month out of warranty and we paid the bill.  Just a year and a half later the car had more transmission issues.  We returned to Manassas Chevrolet hoping that the work would be under warranty.  We made an appointment to have our car looked at and dropped it off a few days later.  We called several times and even stopped by in person on occasion to get an update on our car.  We were rarely able to get anyone on the phone who could tell us about our vehicle though we called often. We asked about a loaner car, because the repairs had taken so long, but we were told that there were none.  After 13 days in the shop, someone called to let us know that our car was ready.  We were told the previous transmission work was out of warranty and paid our bill.

Went in for oil changed but asked for full reveiw since I will be moving cross country next September. Staff did a full check on the vehicle and came back with about 6 things needing to be done. I opted to get half done at the time and they agreed the rest could be done in a few months. I've been using them for a few years and, except for a recent issue during an ownership change over, I've always had a great experience there.

I've been using this dealership to get my oil changed since I moved to the area. Considering that my truck takes synthetic oil, their prices aren't any higher than the places specializing in oil changes. I've also got all my inspections and emissions tests done here. They aren't very fast. I always make an appointment and end up sitting there for an hour or so. But the staff are friendly and explain everything. And they don't pressure me to get additional services. I've also visited the bodyshop because I got a scratch in my paint. They guy I worked with took a look and wrote me up an estimate. He also told me I could save a lot of money if I just let him buff the scratch a little and melt the paint into it. He did it for me and the scratch isn't gone, but its less noticable and its not going to rust. And he did that for free and told me I could come back if I decided I wanted the full fix. Overall, my experiences were great!
