MANASSAS APPLIANCE REPAIR

3 year old LG dryer stopped working. I called Home Depot Protection Plan since I had an extended warranty through HDPP. They sent another company out to attempt repairs. After 5 visits over 5 weeks, that technician was unable to repair my dryer. HDPP refused to replace the dryer without a 2nd opinion from another company. They sent Manassas Appliance Repair to attempt to repair my LG dryer. The next day, Steve came to my house and, within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer!! He definitely knew what he was doing and got my dryer operating after being broke for 5 weeks!! He will definitely have my business in the future. He was a pleasure to work with!!!

It went very well I can't state how pleased I am of the speedy visit and quick work on my water heater I will definitely use him again and also recommend him to my family and friends.

My washer was rattling and he knew what the problem was and came back out within a week to fix it. Every time he has come out to any of my properties he has resolved the issues in a timely manner. His cost are very reasonable

Our dryer was no longer drying our clothes and having a household of 5 without a dryer is practically impossible. Called Manassas appliance and explained the issue we were having. They were out the next day with the proper part on hand to fix our dryer! I HIGHLY recommend these folks and I plan on keeping their number handy. They are affordable, honest and prompt.

They sent this joke out to do the job.  I had to call them to find out when they were coming out because they never called to set up a time.  Acted as if they never even knew they were supposed to come out, but did not state that.  Repaired dryer, but failed to finish the job.  Did not put all screws in to secure the lint filter, then did not even attach the duct work to the dryer.  Unprofessional and I would not recommend!

We have a contract with Whirlpool and this was the second company that they sent out to repair our stove. The repairman was proactive and called the company to see if there were any recalls or recent concerns with our model. He got the part numbers to order and came back and installed the parts. The only problem was I had no stove to use from 9/20 until 10/11. He doesn't stock parts and had to send away for them. A month is a bit too long. During that timeframe, I needed to call him to find out if the parts came in or not. The job was done right, my stove works, he was professional and once an appointment was made, he kept the appointment. I'm glad it was just a stove and not another appliance that would be difficult to go a month without. If we didn't have to wait so long for the repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use him for other appliance repairs.

I felt they tried to repair an appliance that should have just been scraped, and I even feel like the repairman thought it should be scraped also (as least he had his doubts), he just tried to repair it to make more money on the job. After the repair it still didn't work well, and stopped working altogether within a few weeks, and I replaced it at that time.

I WAS VERY THANKFUL FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY SAVED ME FOR HAVING TO BUY A NEW REFRIGERATOR. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE REFRIGERATOR IS RUNNING LIKE IT IS NEW.
