Needs a new part. I may have him back to install. Unfortunately, I got find it. But, the repairman did his job.

The scheduling was good but the pricing was something out of the world. The Fan needed replacement and he said he did not make any money on parts. He quoted this at 220$. i found it in Amazon for 25$. I do not like to be lied so did not work with him.

Diagnosed the problem with dishwasher, unfortunately the required part is no longer available. I asked about a problem with our stove while he was wrapping up and he did a tune up for me on the burners and gave me a discount on that work.

My repair person was awesome. Very responsive. Diagnosed the issues, go the parts ordered as quickly as possible, and when they were in a day early, he came a day earlier than planned, and fixed the fridge.

I highly recommend this company. The owner has over 20 years experience in appliance repair and it shows. I had a major dishwasher repair with complications and he resolved all issues and stayed until the job was done. Very high quality and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!!

Javid was professional and polite. Went through the diagnostic process skillfully and kept me informed while doing so. Unfortunately, I had to replace my dishwasher as the repair costs are almost as close to a new one. But that's because, the parts that needed to be replaced are so costly and you wouldn't expect that in a dishwasher that's less than 5 years old. Says a lot about Samsung appliances. Javid, showed me all the parts details and the cost involved, so I don't get sucked into replacing them one-by-one and checking if that resolves the issue. Appreciate his recommendations and helping me out with making the right decision!

Repairman came to fix dishwasher due to no water coming in. He fixed the water valve and replaced copper hose with newer hose. Everything working well.

Replaced the ice maker on refrigerator. Ice machine is not working. Water everywhere.

I had a problem with my washer machine giving me a H2O Supply error message. Jawid came and diagnosed the issue, turns out it needed water valves replaced, and he swiftly fixed it. I woke up on New Year?s Day to find that my refrigerator was not as cold as it was supposed to be. I was able to connect with. Jawid at Major Appliances Repair that afternoon, and he made it to my house the next day. He identified the problem and was able to pick up the part and get back to my house within a couple hours.. I really appreciated him walking me through what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He did not try to sell more parts than what I needed, also appreciated. I would definitely hire his company again..

He worked on the oven for 45 minutes and charged us $380! turns out the oven is now under baking food and I have to have another repairman come out.
