Overall, the whole experience was very positive. Langhorne Concrete members were professional, responsive, and they did quality work. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comprehensive plan for the concrete pad, including meeting with our shed builders to make sure all necessary measurements were in place so the shed we were purchasing could fit underneath our deck. They maintained constant communication with us, and when we ran into some unforeseen circumstances, they worked with us and the shed builders to ensure everything continued to stay on track. They were always on time and were hard and efficient workers. They treated our yard with respect went out of there way to place the removed dirt out of site in a greenbelt behind the house, which meant many trips up and down a very steep hill! They used planks to protect the yard from the wheelbarrels and in the end, not much cleanup was needed. I would definitely recommend them for any concrete project!

They did an awesome job on the work, and even though they uncovered another more serious issue, they quickly came up with a solution and the price adjustment is caused was more than reasonable. I was really impressed with the work, and I would feel very comfortable working with them again or recommending them to anyone else!

Mike and his crew arrived before 7:00 am on the day he said he would be here. They started tearing out the old concret at 7:00 am. They were finished with everything by 2:00 pm that day.I am totally satisfied with the work done, and the quality of the work.I'll definately use him again when I'm ready to replace the rest of the driveway or need any other cement work done.

They didn't bring wood to frame the patio so I had to look around my house for scraps of wood. After Mike showed them what needed to be done he left. I went out to see how they framed the area for the concrete and noticed that it wasn't big enough or aligned properly with an existing flower bed so they redid it. After the pour Mike returned and asked for payment even though payment wasn't due until after the job was complete. The weather was cloudy with a chance of light showers later in the afternoon. I left a tarp out just in case we would need to use it. The workers had been waiting around to finish but since the humidity was high they temporarily left and placed the tarp directly in the concrete. After an hour I called the company to speak to Mike because I was concerned about this marring the surface. No one returned my call but the workers showed up about 45 minutes later. They smoothed it out again and waited several more hours until they could brush the concrete.
