No service for long term loyal customers We have been a client for LMC cleaning for over 10 years. Maybe one of the original customers. Prior to going on a long vacation, we told Ms. Calix, the owner of LMC cleaning, of our vacation dates and the need for cleaning services to resume upon our return. At the last cleaning, LMC cleaning left a card that stated “Will contact @ next date.” When we returned, we sent an email for our next cleaning date; without hearing back from the company, we contacted the Ms. Calix again. Ms. Calix emailed us that she was short staffed, and she said she could offer us Saturday. So, we left out the cleaning products and the check for the next Saturday. No one showed up. We called and left a message. The answering phone stated if you want a cleaning, sign up on the website. This is ironic, considering that Ms. Calix had told us that LMC did not have any openings. Not hearing back from the phone call, I sent another email to which we received the response: “I will be in touch about a cleaning day and will let you know if I'm able to get you on the schedule.” Almost two weeks since I sent the email, I sent another email asking when they would provide us with a date. I also called. Instead of picking up the phone and talking with us as is the norm when we make phone calls to LMC Cleaning, Ms. Calix sent an email stating, as “as I told you before.” Yes, she told us that she would provide us with a cleaning date but didn’t. Now, she only offered to put us on a waiting list after two weeks in case someone cancels or she was trying to get us with another cleaning organization, but there were no openings. Fortunately, with a few easy phone calls we found multiple, other companies that had openings that are also bonded and insured, and we found one that charges less for cleaning and happy to take us as a client. We should have seen the warning signs. Being retired, we are taking more trips. We provided the dates to Ms. Calix on when we would not be home. She took us off the schedule and didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us. Maybe we did something wrong. Possibly, not paying LMC the current cleaning rates, even though Ms. Calix raised the rates for us, we understood and agreed to pay the higher rate. Even so, Ms. Calix reminded us that we were paying less than other clients. Possibly, that our Christmas bonus was not enough, or we did not give enough items to her employees, or the candy and other treats my wife left for the cleaning staff. I am not sure why LMC cleaning treats long-term customers in this manner. I suspect that despite our long-term customer relationship, she is making her decisions solely on business. From what I have heard, Ms. Calix was expanding her business and opened an office. If this is the case, she could not provide the service to long-term, reliable clients. You decide if you want to use this service. If not, know that there are multiple, other companies that are also bonded and insured and would gladly appreciate your business.

Lisa, the owner, was very receptive to my initial call and I enjoyed meeting her when she came to see the house. She said the cost would depend on the length of time needed. I appreciated that it was not a set price which has been my past experiences. She charges an hourly rate and adjusts it accordingly. She explained that her prices reflect the minimum wage she pays her ladies and I was impressed with her caring. Lisa listened and took notes on the things that mattered to me. She's very organized! Equipment, trash can liners, and cleaning products are all provided.

She does a reminder call the day before and they arrived within the time frame she gave me. The ladies were friendly and hardworking. Lisa stayed with them and made sure they had done the things we discussed. I have a lot of knickkacks, pictures, and lace curtains. It was important to me that they were put back the way they were and what an excellent job they did! Our house just sparkled with cleanliness and a pleasing fragrance. It was certainly a very positive experience. I am planning to use them the same day on a monthly basis. Lisa can also offer flexibility when needed. I feel that I have finally found a cleaning service that will continue to do a thorough job. Yah!

i have been so pleased with Lisa and her crew. My house has never been cleaner! I switched to LMC in April after an almost 20 year relationship with my previous cleaning person, and while it was a difficult decision, i have never been happier with the condition of my home! Everything is cleaned from picture frames to knick knacks, to doors, etc. And, everything is put back in its correct place!!

Lisa has been cleaning for me for several years. I went through 4 other services before finding LMC. I can't say enough about the perfection of her service. The house is spotless when they are done, and smells fresh and clean.

Lisa wanted me to meet her crew for the first time cleaning, so I came home at lunchtime. When I returned after work, my home was absolutelyspotless, and had the most wonderful lemony scent throughout. I could not find any untouched surfaces! I am so pleased. I will continue to use LMC and the price will change to a much lower one for subsequent cleanings.

It has been going great.
We are extremely pleased with the thoroughness and attention to detail such as always cleaning the inside of the microwave and toaster, our sparkling wood floors, their promptness, and overall professionalism. They like to do little things too such as making little bunnies out of the paper towel end but the main thing is that they do a wonderful job and can really be counted on. They use lots of green cleaning products as well..

They are really good. They usually bring 3-4 people. They get down on there knees and all corners. They are timely, they come in and clean everything. They separate when they show up and then merge and clean the next area.

The owner came with three workers. They worked diligently for about 5 1/2 hours, and the house looks great. They were professional and friendly.

Great job and very professional. Showed up on time and completed the work within the specified time frame. I would definitely use their services again. Lisa and Lori were great!

I have 2 cats -- both long hairs -- who shed everywhere. The crew was so thorough and professional. My house has never been so clean!
