Terrible, terrible. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! Vanna could not replace any of the two cartridges. In the first shower, the guy pulled so hard the cartridge that he left inside the pipe the outer shell of the cartridge. Afterward, Vanna simply said that it could not be done since the outer shell is made of metal and not plastic. So he put back the inner part of the cartridge back into the outer shell, which made the faucet drip more water. Vanna left the first cartridge in worst shape than it originally was. In the second shower, after replacing the old cartridge, the faucet would not stop dripping water for some reason. After some time, Vanna put back the old cartridge. At the end, he left the old original cartridge since he could not fix the faucet in the second shower either. So what did Vanna fix ? In essence, nothing. Worst part is that he demanded $75 for showing up. Really?! Next day, I went ahead and bought a tap wrench. It took me a while (since it was my first time doing this and I had to ask how to do this), but I was able to take out the outer metal case of the cartridge that the "plumber" could not do or attempt to do for some reason. Go figure. At least, I was able to fix the shower faucet.
