+ -1 moreHe gave me an estimate and a time for the work. He said he couldn't come out due to the weather. I made another appointment and he didn't show up. I kept calling and he never showed up. Each time I call, he says he'll do the work. He never returns my calls on time nor shows up for the appointments.
Description of Work: He gave me an estimate for electrical work in my basement for $445.00.
