Working with contractors can be a nightmare. Working with Kevin at KR Construction was exactly the opposite. He actually keeps his promise to call back the day he receives a phone call. He was friendly and easy to work with and best of all the work was done in a timely fashion, professionally and well.  When there was a problem he came back and made it right without issue or additional cost.
I would highly recommend KR Construction to anyone needing small to large home repair.

The attic looks great.  It transformed the attic from an old dusty attic space into usable storage.  The work area was cleaned well.  The job was done according to schedule and also according to the agreed upon price.

For us, Kevin at KR construction was quite a find. Out of three bids, he was tied for lowest but offered more for the money. Throughout the project he was a real partner, helping us with choices of materials and fixtures when we were overwhelmed.
We did have several contract mods along the way, and being a small company, it took a few days for them to respond, but it was well worth the wait. The KR crew was courteous and understanding throughout the whole project, even when we asked a lot of questions. We will definitely do business with KR Construction again!

Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. His entire team showed up on time and did a great job. They were all very nice and respectful. We have 3 dogs and a cat and they were careful to make sure they didn't leave doors open, etc. Very happy with the work performed and will definitely use them again.
