Jason is the person who came out to inspect my roof. He was very friendly and professional and seemed honest. He took pictures of my roof with his phone and showed them to me after his inspection. His recommendation was to replace my roof sometime soon, something that I had already suspected. Jason also suggested to me that I take into consideration how long I planned to live in the house when considering replacement. I called KPM at the cell phone number that was provided in their initial response and was rescheduled for a same day appointment (even though it was not an urgent matter). Jason was very professional and responsive to my requests over the phone. The crew gave me a follow up call in the afternoon to make sure my plans had not changed and arrived within minutes thereafter. Jason was on time and took the time to discuss options and gave me a detailed list and explanation of what we will need to do in the future and did not pressure me to buy anything. I will definitely use this company when it comes time for me to replace my roof.

Jim the owner came out to give me an estimate and i found him fair and honest and very trustworthy. I felt very comfortable immediately. He walked me through everything and gave me some suggestions. He never pushed and was very helpful to me. The work was done very efficiently but also very quickly. In one day my roof was completed and the job was done very professionally. Can't say enough good things about them. The job looks great. The carpentry work looks great. Fantastic company.

A lot of the covers weren't placed back on.

Quality was good. They came and said there was nothing wrong with my roof. I think paid $200. They didn't do anything and they didn't give me any refund. I won't use them again.

Great. The Technician reached out to me, scheduled the appointment. He inspected my roof and made minor repairs as needed. Didn't invent any non-existing issues and I will have them come back to do the same next year

The contractor could not inspect our roof at the first visit due to the height and incline of the roof. He came the second time with a help and did an Excellent job

Excellent. Flexible scheduling. Jason was honest and reported that there was no damage. He also did a little routine maintenance while on my roof. I appreciated his promptness and honestly. Would use again.

Good Service

Fine. The extra repairs were expensive for what they did, but at that point it did not make sense to go through the hassle of finding someone else to do that work.

After agreeing to $250, he never came back to do the work. He also never returned any of 10 calls. I am sure he is very busy and this is my first attempt to use Angies list and it is a disappointment. I see many more reviews complaining about this company. Angies list should drop this company. They may be a big company and may not be interested in small jobs.

They were scheduled to come out last Friday and they did not show up. I tried emailing them and calling them as well and I never got a reply. I cancelled the deal and will not use them again.

Impossible to schedule. After a few weeks from placing the first call, I got a call back but the person I spoke with on the phone requested that someone be home although the tech does not need to get inside the house (odd but OK). I called back trying to schedule a time. Several calls were made to the cell phone number left from the initial conversation and to the main number. No response. Why sell a service but won't fulfill it? Don't sell something that you can't/won't deliver. I requested a refund from Angie's and will not ever reach out to this company for any work.

I bought Angie's List deal for roof maintenance based on the good reviews that I saw for this company. However, when I contacted them via email and phone to schedule a time for them to come out for the roof maintenance, I've received  no response from them. I tried calling them on different times and days but received no response to the voice mail that I left. I also contacted them by email but received no response.
I should have paid careful attention to the other review by another person who said that they couldn't get hold of this company but I did not see it until later. It is unfortunate that I was not able to use the deal but, luckily, this was within the 30 day refund period for the deal. 

The roof inspection went very well. We purchased the house 4 years ago and just wanted a check of how it was looking and an estimation of the roof's age. Jason provided a good review and some pictures.

The man arrived at the agreed upon time, was polite and professional. He explained what he found and the repairs that he did. He recommended corrective measures and improvements. I would consider them for future work.

It took little bit of time to schedule and then reschedule, but they did good job. Thank you.

They have never contacted me to set up an appointment or responded to messages I left. So far, a total waste of money.

After the 2 weeks went by, I started reaching out. I have continually reached out to find out why they have not been out, every phone call, text message, email, AND message through Angie's List has been ignored and I have received no replits. They sure don'the seem to want people to give them money to do a job. I now have to shop around and try and find someone else. I would never contract them again and they are totally unreliable, and unprofessional. Even of slammed with work, it takes NOTHING to shoot someone a quick reply.
