The company was on time and offered a reasonable estimate to repair two issues on my roof. I felt their assessment was honest and the value for money reasonable. The representative was explained the problem and assessed the overall condition of the roof. I would hire them again.

Siding was replaced by previous owners in January 2015 - they were the ones that hired King Contracting.  We purchased the home in the spring of 2015.  Within a month or so, I noticed water dripping from behind the siding, directly under a spare bathroom.   As guests came over for summer visits, we noticed the water drip increased as the use of the spare bathroom increased.  There was absolutely no water in the house - it was only dripping outside, from behind the siding, in this one specific place.  
I contacted King Contracting in July to ask if they would come take a look to see if everything was ok. I spoke with Doug
King, the owner and I assume founder, of King Contracting.  Doug King was rude and condescending from the very first interaction.  Basically implied that my theory that the leak was somehow connected to his siding installation was preposterous.  I called another siding contractor who came out without any question and this contractor agreed that the water was not normal.  I
called Doug King again in August to again request that he send someone to look at it, he finally agreed to get me on the schedule (again, only after telling me there was no way this had anything to do with siding installation).  He finally managed to get me on the schedule for October.  
Took the guy that came out about an hour, but sure enough - the water was coming from the bathroom's drain line, which
was clearly damaged by a siding nail.  An accident, yes ? but an accident that clearly happened during King Contracting?s installation of the siding. Doug King initially offered to pay for the damage on the exterior of my home, while insisting that I should pay for the plumbing repair.  I informed Doug King that I did not think I should bear the responsibility for any of the cost, to
which he replied ?So you are going to hold my feet to the fire??  (I thought I was just asking him to honor his one year workmanship guarantee).   Doug King informed me that he would think about it and contact me in a week or so.
A week passed and no word from Doug.  I reached out to him and again requested that he stand behind his work and he still refused to pay for the full repairs.  He then refused to return my call/emails.  So, Doug King and King Contracting
not only damaged the drain line (yes, by accident) but then refused to repair any of it.  I paid for the plumber ? who had
to tear in to drywall from the inside to repair the pipe.  I paid to repair the drywall.  I paid to repair the exterior damage and
re-install the siding.  All told, close to $1500 in repair cost, none of which was covered by the very company that caused
the damage.
Buyer beware.  If you want to be treated with respect, find another contractor.  If you want someone who will stand behind their work, find another contractor.  If you want someone who will treat your home as if it were their own, find another contractor.

Had to be done over and the 2nd time they chose not to do the work.

Repaired gutter and fascia boards after ice storm/snow-pocalypse in 2010. Was in a bind then as all contractors were inflating prices because of the demand for services. Used them because could not wait around too much longer.

Priced high and quality unimpressive.
Will cast wider net next time.

Work was timely and professional. All dealings w/Contractor, staff and crew was positive. And the price was excellent.
I highly recommend King Contracting.

Great - outstanding job. House looks so much better. Work done at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Workers are very professional and courteous. I will hire King Contracting when I want to replace my windows.

Never used them.

They were on time, fast, and very thorough. I was incredibly pleased, and all my neighbors compliment how it looks. They also never attempted to repair or do anything that didn't need to be done.
