Steven was quick to respond. He was in constant contact with us regarding what the problem was and the parts he would need to fix the heater. He came to the house and was very knowledgeable about the heater. He cleaned it, replaced the required parts and verified the heater was working good before he left. He was very courteous and he stuck to the busy of getting the heater fixed. Great job! Steve. If we ever need you service; we will call. Thank you.

Both time Steven was professional and courteous. He charged a fair price and the work was done very quickly. I concider him "my plumber". I have had other plumbers out and had to have those plumbers back to fix the fix they provided. I did not have this problem with Keaton Plumbing.

Steve Keaton identified the problem quickly and installed a new wax ring where the base of the toilet meets the floor. He was smart, friendly and his charge was very reasonable.

I only talked with Mr. Keaton over the phone.  He seems professional and confident about his work.  He inspected my rental property and and reported me the plumbing condition. He only fixed places I asked.  He was easy to talk to and answered all the questions I asked on the phone and e-mails.  Anne at the office was very professional and always kind. Basically, I liked them very much.

Keaton responded promptly to our call and was here within 24 hours. He told us what he thought the problem was and had it fixed within 45 minutes. Two individuals provided the service and were very courteous and professional.

My experience overall has went excellently. He is great at what he does. He has great recommendations and is very helpful. They took great care of my home while was visiting. He even called to let me know when he was going to be 15 minutes late once He has done several other jobs around my home for me as well. He is very reasonably priced and an absolutely wonderful service provider. I have and will continue to highly recommend this company to others.

Keaton Plumbing arrived on time, completed work and left everything clean. I have used this company since they began and have never been disappointed! They have replaced toilets, shower, holding tank, Reverse Osmosis system, outside faucets and much more. Without question, I will use Keaton again. I was given an appointment time range of 2-4pm. Steve and Jim showed up at exactly 2pm. They were both very professional, courteous, friendly, and knew their stuff. I highly recommend them.

They are fantastic. We have used them for years. They are extremely trustworthy. We would probably let them be in the house without us being here. He is a good Christian man. I went to church with him. He will let us know right away if he is available and when he will be here, He is extremely punctual; if he says he will be here at 8 am, then he is here at 8 am. He is always polite. All of his workers are polite. Their prices are average. They are not cheap or the most expensive but he does good work and backs it up.

Mr Keaton arrived early. He determined the situation and got right to work. I have an older house and there are always surprises. These were met and corrected. He was professional and explained the work. I have used him before and will continue to use him.

Amazing! Very professional. Steve and his helper showed up with floor and carpet protection which I thought was incredibly considerate. They planned to treat my home just as they would their own. I proceeded to show them my leak which actually turned out to be a broken pipe. The only access to the pipe was through a ceramic tile wall. Fortunately, I was already scheduled to have the adjoining bathroom fully remodeled in less than a week. Steve capped the leak and told me to call him once they have the tile torn out and he will replace the water line so that I can go back to using the other shower during the renovation. These guys were awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good honest plumber.
