the price they quoted was to remove the rack that was there and replace it with the metal duct panels. instead they just put a holder for a 1 inch filter inside the 8 inch rack and charged the same price. felt like the groupon we had for the original duct cleaning was geared to tack on additional charges

JBB found me a technician in a short period of time while going through an office crisis (I could tell when I called...they weren't their usual selves). One of their employees, my favorite tech, was in a bad car accident. Even short-handed and saddened, they were able to arrange for someone to come out and do the work previously planned but not yet scheduled when I needed it done. It was short notice, but my favorite tech knew I would be calling...the office didn't. I called on Tuesday (after the holiday) and they were able to have a tech come out by Thursday afternoon as requested. Amazing. I highly recommend JBB. They have been wonderful in finding affordable solutions and do excellent work and work close to the schedule that they arrange for you.

Awesome! We called last night and they were able to get us on the list for this afternoon. Ted arrived an hour early (Hooray!) and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes (blown capacitor) and then checked the rest of the system. We were still under their warranty too (Hooray!). We are cooling off as I write this. I am very happy with their service, yet again! Years ago, they had fixed our system with a compatibility problem and it has worked well ever since. We are very pleased with their service and their commitment to helping their customers with affordable solutions.

We've used them multiple times and they go above and beyond! Couldn't ask for more!

They called before my service window because they were ahead of schedule so they actually came early.  They assessed my ducts (not as bad as another HVAC company had tried to tell me) and cleaned everything out.  Replaced my filter as well since some of the chunks got caught in there.  Incredibly nice and professional. I did have some trouble getting a hold of them to make my appointment but keep trying and you'll get them.  I got a Groupon for $39 which is a steal compared to a lot of places that charge $250 and up.
