Ken responded to the request to replace a roof as a buyer for my home felt that would be required. Ken was extremely patient, thorough and took the time to explain everything he saw. The bottom line is that there was absolutely no need to replace, nor repair, my roof. He gave me a certification writing and charged me nothing. I was very satisfied, to say the least. While this company did not do any roofing, I would not hesitate to have them do work for me and recommend them highly.

Good crew and representative, timely and honest. A little pricey. One small issue was that an exterminator later made recommendations on water abatement at the gutter line that Home-Kim never mentioned. Other than that, good company (if we get through the winter without and roof leaks).

Did the job for less than the quote, easy to deal with. Only slight complaint, turned up a little late (.5 hour) and there were a little slow in responding, but it was over a holiday. Would definitely use them again

Quick response to our inquiry. Gave an great assessment. Was the only company that actually went up onto our roof to assess the damages. Then, was able to make the repairs within 24 hours of our acceptance of the estimate.

Good communication. Showed up when scheduled (both estimate and install). Only negative was that when installing the storm door he left the glass door on the grass while the installer prepared the area. It was a sunny day so the grass got a bit burned.

I had water damage because storm winds and rain penetrated my old siding. Had new siding put in. The crew worked fast and hard. They ripped one screen window, and knocked a gutter out of whack. But on prompting from the manager, both were fixed the next day. A year later, the work is holding up nicely.

did a good job on the shed roof. Would have liked not to have nails poking through as the original did not. Asked for an estimate on other work, person did not show at appointment.

Mr. Kim responded quickly to my inquiry and did a fantastic job on the siding I need replaced due to damage from hurricane Sandy. The job was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule. Mr. Kim came out and inspected the work himself before billing me for the balance of the payment due. I felt the price he charged was fair and I plan to hire his company for other work around my home.

I was very pleased with the work and the fact that they were willing to come for such a small repair (about 8-10' of fascia wrap at the top of our very high gable end). Customer service was exactly what you want no matter the size of the job. I will use them for future work.

As much as I wanted to support small business, but I feel that the fee is quite high.
