Initially thought it went good. After the house was purchased found out he missed a rusted duct which was in plain view. They offered to give me $420 back for the home inspection. I had to have 48 feet of duct work replaced, ceilings fixed and it repainted. Talk about not wanting to take responsibility. If you use them don't plan on getting anything back if something goes wrong which they shouldn't have missed. I have know others who have something go wrong after the purchase and the inspection company stepped up and paid the cost due to them missing it. Glad I have a chance to write this review so other people can see it. I have never written a bad review before. The purchase of a home is such a huge step, that I had to write this.

Greg came out to do a home inspection as part of the purchase on a home.
Greg was very courteous and professional, and clearly explained all of
the issues he saw and possible ways to remedy the situation. Greg was
also upfront about the cost of the inspection with a flat fee, rather
than charging by the hour.

The inspection went well, he found many things in need of repair. He not only told us what was wrong but gave us pointers on how to fix it.  

I selected Greg Caudill to conduct an inspection on a new house that we put an offer in on. Unfortunately, I was not able to be present during the inspection but my Realtor was. They scheduled a time to do the inspection and radon testing. Greg conducted a thorough inspection and took photographs. He wrote up a report and sent it to me within 24 hours. After my review, I was able to speak with Greg on the phone and we went over the report together and I was able to ask him questions about his findings. Greg is very knowledgeable and was able to explain his findings in detail. He even further provided additional suggestions on issues needing regular maintenance and how to make additional improvements regarding drainage and upkeep of appliances. His price was a bit high, but we were able to negotiate down when we added on the radon testing as well as the home inspection.

We used Greg Caudill from Home Review Inspection Services to conduct two home inspections. He spent an average of 3 hours conducting the inspection. Not only did he check every outlet, faucet, appliance and any other possible thing you could check on the home, he explained everything along the way. Greg was a consumate professional but he was also friendly, knowledgable and approachable. He encouraged questions and explained everything in simple terms. The inspection was only complete when we didn't have anymore questions. Greg went above and beyond with the home inspection by not only pointing out existing problems with the houses but also indicating things that we may want to be aware of for future maintenance and home care basics. If we ever had the need to have another home inspection performed, we would not hesitate to contact Greg from Home Review. We would strongly recommend him to any friends or family needing home inspections in the area.
