The work itself is very good. William is knowledgeable and thorough. My biggest complaint is that no emails are answered, no scheduled appointments are done on time. Especially when William is out on vacation, there is no substitute scheduled for him.

Started out with a request to evaluate for bees in attic and evolved into an expensive long term service contract in which i was treated for bats and other pests. And there were other services involved which i did not particularly want to have done. They were always trying to sell me things and extra expensive programs to get involved in .

All in all they did a whole lot of extra things that I didn't want or really didn't need and charged me a lot of money i couldn't afford. ... and then tried to sell me more. In my opinion they are in it just for profit and little else They just keep trying to sell you things and remind me of used car salesmen more than any other business professionals i have EVER encountered and that includes the people on the phone at the head office when you call. They don't even hear you when you ask them NOT to come. STAY AWAY from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They sprayed around the outside of the foundation. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He showed up right on time. We have been using them for at least 5 years now. I am very happy with their service and have no complaints.
