Ken the salesman was very professional, honest, punctual and knowledgeable. Offered several viable options. However, Ken is no longer with the company and calls to the company for additional work were never returned. Disappointing.

For the most part, it went very well. There were two issues that were the result of communication failures.
The professionalism and quality grades of and quot;Band quot; are mostly because of the communication, not because of the work itself.
1. I was considering replacing the entire floor and rails with composite materials, but the price was too high. I chose to replace just the warped railing with composite, and that worked well. The issue to me was that I thought that the composite was pre-colored and wouldn't require painting like the rest of the deck--I feel that that was what I was told. That turned out to not be the case, so I was surprised that the composite rails were painted. I would have chosen a color to match one of the prefab composite colors.
2. The other issue had to do with the amount of painting. The was a major change in a 2nd floor deck color, and I had expected that both the top and the underside of the deck would be painted, but they said that they never agreed to that. I did not push it because the price was quite reasonable.
I recommend this company for deck refurbishment, but make sure that you ask lots of questions and get answers to some of the details before settling on a task.

I really liked the salesperson. They had a good price and great products. The installation went very smoothly. I did have an issue with a leak around the chimney and they came out right away to fix the issue.

Went extremely well. Our budget was $5000, Home-Kim did a quality job for $4325.00

Very Very bad!

The salesmen was here when they started and introduced us to the crew and went over the job with both us and the crew so there would be no questions. The crew was at the property the same time every day and cleaned up every night before they left. They even made sure our tenants removed any fragile objects away from the outside walls. Wee had received other prices and we felt comfortable with their pricing (they weren't the highest or lowest).

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE GREAT. IT ONLY TOOK THEM ONE WEEK TO DO THE WHOLE HOUSE. THE SERVICE WAS JUST WONDERFUL. MY HOME LOOKS WONDERFUL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS.
