The process went very well. Edda Berglund was our agent and she locked in a very good rate and gave a quick, honest Good Faith Estimate that was very close to teh final number at settlement. Terri Jones handled the deatils and she was very responsive and communicated quickly with us. When we asked questions or wanted to change something there was never a problem. We had used this company once before to refinance our mortgage and both times the whole process went very well. The amount spent is obviously not what we mortgaged. I prefer not to disclose what the actual ettlement costs were, other than to say that they were reasonable given what is often charged. Our APY and APR were not that far apart. This report is continued with our review of William Evans as the settlement attorney.
