We call them two days before the grading company started their work. They came the following day, Monday 10/29/08, and removed the two units for $150.00. We were told that to put the two units back it would had cost approximately $300.00. When the grading company was done, we called them to come and put the units back. They were too busy to come right away. As consequence we were with no heat for a all week! They finally came on Saturday, but were unable to fix a circuit problem until Monday 11/03/08 and charged us $500.00. We end up paying $200.00 more than expected and were without heat for a all week!
