Recommendation- We just had our water heater replaced. We found many capable companies to help. But decided to use H2O Plumbing & Remodeling Services, LLC. Their prices couldn’t be beat, availability was quick. Father and son, they were hard working, polite, respectful of our carpet and flooring, and did a fabulous job. I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I do not recommend. We hired them to reseal a toilet as water was leaking causing an odor, mold around the base ring of the toilet, and for the hardwood floors to warp. Once they completed the work, we provided a good review on thumbtack. After several months, we noticed an odor, the black residue on the toilet ring, and the hardwoods warping again. We contacted them to come back out (which they agreed to). However, they cancelled twice on us. We then hired another plumber who verified that their work was not done properly and we were having the same issue. He took photos, wrote a summary, then fixed the issue properly. After my partner reached out to them to share this (with photos), they sent an incredibly inappropriate message back and encouraged us to “write reviews” and stated that “we were reaching out because we needed money”. I would not recommend giving this company your business.

"You contacted on February 2nd, 2020 requesting for our services. Then, on February 6th, you contacted us requesting for a discount, obviously you did not have enough money to pay for the services. We repaired the leak on February 8th, 2020 and mentioned to the plumber that you were going to repair the floor because that was damaged and there were mold due to the leak the toilet had before we arrived. February 10th, 2020 you post a review showing how satisfied you were with our services (2 days later, means there were no leak) You said on your message that we are inepted. Ineptitud is pretend to make people believe that you have a leak 10 months after we fixed it. We are talking about WATER, if this would be for something that we did, you will notice right away,  in 1 week maybe in 1 month by 10 months... really??? Common sense is free you can use it at anytime. You were trying to intimidate us with posting bad comments about us and here is our response Do whatever you want to do with the platforms, I do have proof of dates. You wasted too much money on holidays and now you want to take advantage of us. Contractors please be aware of this Unwanted Customer in DC area"

We had a terrific experience with H20 Plumbing and Remodeling. Our water heater needed replacing as it was rusting from the bottom. We received a quote right away from Karla. We liked that is was a labor flat fee for that service and there were no hidden fees. This allowed us to purchase the water heater of our choice and pick it up ourselves or they would pick it up for us for an additional fee. This helped keep costs down. Jose and Jonathan Fernandez came promptly during the window of time they gave us. Finished in a couple of hours. Made easy payment through Venmo and they were on their way. I have already given our children their name if they ever have plumbing needs. Excellent work, professional, Covid precautions taken. We will definitely be using this company for future plumbing needs.

H20 was able to send someone to my home quickly and he got the job done! They gave me a quote up front so there were no surprises. The work area was cleaned up when the plumber left. My situation turned out to be more complicated than expected as the 50' thing he was using to get to the clog wasn't even long enough. However, Jose was totally committed to getting the work done and brought in a 75 footer which then did the trick. I really appreciated the friendliness of the plumber and his intent focus on getting my clog taken care of. I would hire H20 again and recommend them to friends.

Of the three companies that we requested quotes from only H2O Plumbing actually quoted what we asked them to do. The other companies quoted shorter pipe lengths and ignored the jack hammering of the drain. Undoubtedly those companies would have asked more once they arrived on site. The outside drain was the biggest concern, as any rain resulted in basement flooding. The installer was great and worked with me to find the type of drain I was looking for and then made a trip to a plumbing supply house to get it. I was looking for a drain that was domed so clogging with leaves would take longer. After clearing the drain he ran a hose full force down the drain to show me it was cleared. He then proceeded to the pipe and main valve which was a truly professional job. Great welds and peace of mind for the family. Because we had given the company the basement work they agreed that they would install a new kitchen faucet if we provided the part. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend this company . Their pricing was better than the competition and the other companies hadn't quoted all of the work!

I have had Jose for multiple projects over the last 3-4 years.  He is dependable, honest, charges more than reasonable prices.  He has done partial remodels at my request (new tub and surrounding tiles and floor), remodel of a half bathroom, etc.  I definitely would hire him again and recommend him to others.  
When my friend got an outrageous quote for a hot water tank of nearly 2K.  I recommended Jose to him and he did it for one-fifth of that.  He is a really good guy.

Was told they would come between 4 and 6 pm but did not show. Called the next day and came at the time they said they would be here. Technician(said he was the owner) was very neat and came on time the second day. Will use them again.

Came out and gave us a good price for the job.. Also thru in to fix a leak we had in the celing. He was an hour late starting but once started did a good job.. Finished job in 2 days. He had to replace the wallboard around the tub as it was moldy under the tile and he didnt charge us xtra for it.. Overall we are very pleased with his work.. would contact them again.
