FOR YEARS THE GUTTER OVER MY WHITE STEPS HAS NOT REMAINED ON THE BUBBLE. IT THEREFORE COLLECTED WATER AND ATTRACTED BIRDS WHICH LEFT DROPPINGS ON MY WHITE STEPS. BECAUSE OF AGE AND HEALTH ISSUES IT HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO KEEP STEPS SPARKLING CLEAN. THIS SO CALLED CALLED SOLUTION IS MY CREATION. HOPE IT WORKS EFFECTIVELY. SINCE IT WAS A SMALL PROJECT WAS REFERRED BY CAPITOL ROOFING A COMPANY I USED PREVIOUSLY
