+ -1 moreOn October 31, for some reason, Green Jeans workers fertilized and mulched 4 trees but only put the flowers around one tree. Sixty pansies around one tree and none around the others. I assumed they were coming back to finish. When they didn't, I sent an email to them that went unanswered. Then i called them and they didn't return my call. A week later I tried contacting them again. Finally after about 10 days, someone called me back and said he had been ill, but that he would come out on Monday to fix the situation. I understand if one person is ill, but didn't see why they couldn't have sent one of their many other workers. Monday came and still no one from Green Jeans. By Wednesday I called again and finally today, Friday, 11/16, the problem was finally corrected. When we had a big project for Green Jeans, I felt they did a good job. But now that we only have small maintenance jobs for them, they have ignored us. We will be searching Angie's List for a new landscaper.
Description of Work: Last year we had approximately $12,000 in landscaping done by Green Jeans. They planted gardens, bushes, etc. and put a drain underground for some flooding we had in the backyard. We were happy with their service while we were giving them $12,000 in business. This year they sent us a contract for maintenance and we agreed. The most recent service they provided was to install fall flowers, fertilize and mulch around 4 trees in the front yard for $420.
