Horrible, will never recommend him ever again. They are using God and religious ways to cheat people. They not only didn’t fix my car but also damaged so many different parts of my car that I can’t even drive it anymore, my car just shut down, parked in my drive and they took 1,435 from me that my car was fixed and refused to fix or refund my money. The owner is evil and does evil work in the name of God and religion. I included photos of my car and what kind of shape I have kept it.

Service was excellent as always. I have been using Gateway for a number of years now. They are the only people that I will allow to work on cars. They are always willing to work with their customers, that is why i keep coming back.

There was some damage done to my car and the owner of this repair shop refused to personally take any responsibility; rather he insisted that I negotiate directly with the mechanic and that the mechanic then make restitution for the cost. I thought that was terribly unprofessional. I made a contract with the owner of the company not the individual mechanic. The owner should take care of it; not the mechanic and I will never go back to this place again. They did do the repair work on the damage but I am very unhappy with this company.
