I have nothing but the most positive things to say about this company. Dennis was always very patient and professional, and it’s clear he cares about the quality of his company’s work. GAM replaced our roof and we are so happy with everything that we plan to give him our siding business too.

I thought he was very knowledgeable. I thought that they were very prompt and clean. They cleaned up the work area every evening. He was very helpful with helping me interact with my homeowner's insurance and the adjuster. People could expect good and prompt service and professional interaction.

GAM Home Improvement, Inc., has amazing service. The guy's name is Dennis. He pays attention to detail. He worked with our insurance company for 6 months, getting us a claim on hail damage. He did fantastic work that was above and beyond. He was the best contractor that I've ever had.

We have a 4 year old roof that loses shingles because of high winds in the area.
Dennis came by to check out the shingles. Roof was fine, but the shingles are poorly attached and may even be the wrong kind of shingles for this type of wind-area. Asked us to contact the HOA, builder and previous roofing contracter to determine if the roof could be covered by a warranty since we live in a new build area. The HOA, builder and previous roofing company all kind of pointed fingers at each other, and essentially told us it's our problem and all three refused to help us.
Despite having several full roofing projects, Dennis came by and said he would send some people to help us patch it and to keep track of the frequency of recurrence to see if we can maybe eventually follow up with our insurance company to actually try and get the roof replaced. He sent 3 guys later on that week, and they were able to finish the patch up within an hour or so. Gave a 'B' for punctuality, just because we weren't sure when the guys were coming, largely because they were coming in between other actual full roof replacement jobs due to the volume of work they are handling. The guys were great, and the work is good. The price was the best estimate we had, and we had another roofing company look at it as well as a general handyman. Went with Dennis' team because they are an experienced roofing company and had the best price for our patchwork. Would definitely do business with them again when needed.

Could not have been better!  Dennis was great to respond to any and all questions.  He stayed in communication to make sure I had all the information that I needed/wanted and status of things.  He was always on time for appointments and provided a detailed written contract of exactly the work and materials being utilized.  He went over the contract to make sure that I understood all of it. 
Due to weather issues, things had to be rescheduled for a couple of days latter.  He was always in contact so that I knew status and when work would be preformed.
The workers arrived and started work immediately.  They made sure that things were picked up a long the way, trash was collected and disposed of.  The workers were very friendly.  They had someone who was walking around with a magnet to pick up nails/staples, etc.  They came and got it all complete in one day and when they were done all I was left with was a nice new roof.
The attention to detail to make the roof look as nice as possible is much appreciated with the roof ridge vent and pipes.

after removing rubber roofing, they discovered some rotten wood frame, which they had to replace it. They added $250 to the cost. The work seemed to be good, though, and less stressful.

Working with Dennis was a GREAT experience!  He was quick to respond, explained things completely, arrived on time and was honest about work that had to be done now.  He went above and beyond by coming back when my insurance came to do an estimate.  He then came and completed the work promptly.

GAM completed the task in one day despite the steep pitch roofs on our home and performing yard cleanup. They kept working and in a professional manner all day, not like the negative roofer stereotype.

Dennis worked diligently with us and our insurance company to get our hail damage claim approved.  When it was initially disapproved, Dennis arranged to come out and meet the inspector and even provided his own ladder and safety equipment to inspect the roof when the insurance company's inspector showed up without a ladder.  He and his crews were very professional with commendable attention to detail.  They moved anything they could that might be in the way and used tarps to cover any landscaping and immobile objects that might be damaged as they removed the old shingles.  After they finished, they very carefully and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, to include using magnets to pick up any nails or staples that may have slipped through the tarps.  As they left the site, they reseeded our lawn in any areas where there was heavy traffic.

We are very happy with the work they did and the end results.  We'd highly recommend Dennis and GAM Home Improvement Inc and will use them again if we ever need more work done.

Dennis from GAM has been great help during the entire process from filing the claim to performing the service. He is the person getting on the roof and brings back observation and suggestions to the customers. Then he would sit with customers measuring the pros and cons for any of questions from them regarding detail of the service. His opinions are backed by strong expertise and deep knowledge on the field. His commitment to quality of his work is superior. My feelings are that things won?t go wrong in such hands.

Guillermo from GAM led the team to perform the project. His professionalism is reflected in the quality of his work.  We hit raining days in the middle of project. He didn?t rush in order to finish it and came few times to complete the project with every detail considered.

 Dennis did quality assurance check when it?s done and was following up with me for months. My roof was leaking and now is fresh new. I?m pretty happy with the work performed and would recommend GAM service to anyone else.

A GAM employee knocked on my door explaining that there had been hail damage to many homes in my area. I was dealing with their insurance specialist Dennis Ashton. He was there to help me through the entire claims process. When my insurance adjuster showed up for the inspection, Dennis was on the roof with him. GAM had the work completed without any problems and on time.
