They were more than what I had expected. They were very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced.

There was a 1" flood in two rooms of my basement.  The first call determined the problem to be a problem with a water valve from an upstairs toilet.  The situation was quickly repaired, although I thought the small leakage could not have accounted for all of the water.  Be that as it may, the next major rainstorm resulted in another water flooding.
The plumber res[ponded promptly, and said that it was a foundation problem and not a plumbing problem.  After the waterproofing company arrived, they diagnosed the problem in five minutes as a defective sump pump.  I am currently having the sump pump replaced.
The plumber should have been able to diagnose the problem...

The leak was fixed on the second attempt. After the first attempt, water leaked into the ceiling and carpet. The big issue is that the person never told me about water going all over. I had to run a dehumidifier for four days to dry out the area. In addition, he left a mess on a table and a lot of melted solder on our towels. He should have used his own tarp.

The owner, Kevin, is GREAT and if you have work performed by GP, request the Kevin perform it.

We needed a dishwasher to be installed in a kitchen that never had a dishwasher. We received the quote over the phone of 275$. It was by far the lowest quote we got. I later called to also add in how much the cost of adding a disposal and a new faucet would be and that was then "another 25$ to 35$". So it should have been 300$ or 315$. When the plumber arrived he was wonderful, courteous and punctual but he had not known it was a new installation. He quoted a new price 645$ and even helped us out when the sink was rusted to the piping and when we were missing the dishwasher kit which apparently does not come with the dishwasher. We ended up with a final amount if 675$. He was great! I gave a "B" on the price due to the miscommunication but otherwise I would definitely hire them again.

They were fabulous, and they did a good job. They were honest and reasonably priced. The workers were nice and showed up on time. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I had a catastrophic failure of the hot water line under my kitchen sink cabinet and the ceiling in the basement bathroom collapsed.  Kevin came out and, after much trial and error, found the leak, capped off the water lines and explained what needed to be done. I had to wait for the area to dry out before the repairs could begin.  The day Kevin came to make the repairs, we discovered my water heater was leaking!  He fixed the plumbing and replaced the water heater in one long afternoon.  He's professional and friendly, and even gave my son some advice on how to replace the bathroom fan motor!   He's the only plumber I use -- since he's an expert at polybutelene.  Kevin spent a lot of time in his younger days installing the wonder plumbing product polybutelene, now he spends a good portion of his time repairing the damage caused by this insidious plumbing product!  I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Kevin and Larry showed on time two days in a row to repair a multitude of kitchen plumbing problems. Kevin completely replaced all the drainage pvc under our double sink (it was a mess) and snaked our drain twice, the 2nd time requiring the installation of a clean-out. He had several suggestions on how to avoid these problems in the future. They were pleasant, personable and professional and left the areas looking better than when they arrived. I will be using him again without hesitation and recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber.

We had anothe plumber access a huge flood from the ceiling and fix the leak. There were still issues and I called in Galenski Plumbing. Kevin Galenski not only diagnosed the real problem OVER THE PHONE! (It was a septic issue and he told me to call a septic guy right away). After we had the outdoor septic line dug up and fixed. Kevin Galenski came out quickly and fixed what the bad plumber spent 9 hours doing. He and his team were courteous, easy to work with and the price was very reasonable. I call him the super sleuth plumber - we have found our new plumber and we will never use another.

Work went great. I have been using Galenski Plumbing for about 8 years now and have never had a problem. We've had 3 residences in 8 years and I have called him for plumbing work on all of them. He is courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He's always early for jobs and he calls and lets you know he is on his way. Tells you what the price will be upfront before he starts the work.

Work was completed for the amount quoted, difficulty getting return phone calls/emails for scheduling installation, hot/cold water handles on wrong valve (this was an easy fix that we did ourself). The prices is good, and the staff friendly; however not very responsive.

The project was begun on time and completed on time. The final cost was well within the overall estimate. I have used this company for other plumbing repairs since 2008 and every time they have successfully addressed the particular problem and their repair rates are very fair.
