House is 10yrs old. Upper level AC stopped pushing cold air. A different company came out, wanted to re-fill with Freon. I objected that there might be a leak- the other company did not seem interested in searching for a leak- just wanted to re-fill, or perhaps sell a new unit.

Called G T on recommendation from a neighbor. What a great call that was!. Tech (Allan) came out - and for a flat rate traced all the lines, and found the leak. It was 95deg outside, and over 110deg in the Attic. He worked for hours looking for leaks. That guy is terrific. He found the leak. Showed me where the lines had rubbed together, and what had caused the problem. He was prompt, and friendly, and got it working. A week later, we lost cooling again- Another tech (Jim- I think) came right out, found the issue (replaced capacitor) , contacted my via cell phone, told me what he found, tested all aspects, gave me a full briefing. Has worked perfectly since. I have recommended them to my other neighbors. I will only call them for any Future HVAC issues. They have my trust.

Team of two was professional, courteous and thorough. We would use them again.

The A/C was not working correctly. Warranty company (AHS) sent a terrible technician to get the system working. The warranty technician decided it would be fine to run a cable from the thermostat through the kitchen to the a'c unit. Obviously this was an issue, one the original technician was not equipped to handle.
Eventually, GT A/C and Heating was called. They worked with the tenants schedule to complete the work. Took them about four hours to run wires through the walls to get the two units and controller communicating without exposing dangerous wires.
Detailed write up on invoice presented to me of work completed. I was not there but my tenant is happy with the service.

G T Air Conditioning came to my home to provide routine seasonal maintenance on our HVAC units. The service was excellent with a good response time. The quality of work is good and they are very professional. I will continue to use this company.

GT Air Conditioning and Heating has been our #1 choice for servicing our AC and Heating systems for many years (7+). They are a superb company and stand behind their work with integrity and fair prices. We purchase their annual Fall/Spring service contracts which gives us the benefit of reduced prices should they need to come out for a repair. Grover (the owner) is responsive to questions (over the phone) and I just wouldn't have anyone else do our maintenance or repairs. HIGHLY recommend them.

They were outstanding. We picked them up over another company because that company was not as outstanding as them. I used them twice. They did not really do the job the first time, so they came and redid the job. I used them this time to do the inspection of the furnace. He changed the humidifier. He was here for a couple of hours. I rate them high overall and no doubt I use them again in the future.

The HVAC was replaced. Top floor constantly reached close to 100F INSIDE this summer. The unit does not work to cool my home and owner refuses to communicate on the issue or honor the written warranty.
