FROWEN PAINTING & HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Arrived at appointed time to give estimate. Mailed written detailed (wall by wall) estimate to us. Agreed to do work at time I wanted which was two months down the road. Arrived and began work the day agreed upon. We did have to ask him to paint the backside of the shutters as they actually work (it is an old house). He admitted that they had never painted a house that had actual working shutters. My husband asked him if he had omitted that in original estimate, he said yes. My husband told him to add the additional work to the bill. The additional amount charged was fair and reasonable. They were neat and never left a mess.
