I've never had anything but the best experiences here. Yes, it's more expensive than other tattoo and piercing shops in the area but WORTH EVERY PENNY. for pressings the use only high quality surgical stainless steel jewelry and specifically size the jewelry to fit your anatomy. My tattoo was done by the shop owner, Greg Piper, and it's a piece of art that I will cherish for the rest of my life. all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, fun while still being professional, and helpful. I couldn't say enough good about this place! My first time here I got my lip pierced for $65 back in early 2009 and I'm still loving it today. My tattoo was in summer 2010. I don't remember the exact price but I think it was around $400 for a roughly 7"x3" full color tattoo on my upper arm. I'm not sure how much it is with the other artists though, I would assume Greg charges the most (because he's WORTH it). I think I got my industrial in early 2011 and it healed great with no compilations even though it can be a temperamental piercing. I really don't remember how much it cost at all. My service date and price below is based on when I got my tattoo, but I've been here for body mods three times between 2009 and 2011.

Pluses:
The shop is very clean, tastefully decorated, with lots of ideas if you didn't have your own. The employees seem to know their stuff. I'd never had a tattoo before, and was a little bit scared to death, and rather intimidated by the very idea. I'm not fond of needles, don't even have my ears pierced. The artist I had was great though- either he was keeping close track of when I'd go extra tense or he knew to stop every so often and rest- he was awesome as far as that goes. The colors are great, shadows and highlights too, and he was very gentle, considering he was stroking a needle up and down my back and shoulder. A+ for technique.
Minuses:
I'd gone in earlier in the week with a design idea, and the artist was supposed to do a sketch and let me take a peek before the actual date of the tattoo appointment. I called twice during the week before to see if the sketch was done, and was told the second time I'd see it the morning of my appointment. That morning I arrived a little early. They had me go ahead and pay for the whole thing, before I'd ever even seen a preview or knew how long it would take. Since it was a new experience for me, I figured that was normal. After I'd paid and cooled my heels for a few minutes waiting, the artist came out with the sketch. It wasn't at all what I'd envisioned, but having never been before and not knowing any better, and having already paid, I just went with it. It ended up being cute, but not at all realistic like I'd originally wanted. Price seems high now that I look at other places, but I didn't know any better- and it is good work.

Their tattoo artists are extremely knowledgeable and well trained. They are very polite and very clean. I would absolutely use them again.
