This company is a very honest company. They do not try to add onto the cost of their services just to pad the bill. They tell you exactly what is causing the problem and only do what is necessary to fix the problem.

Awesome! A different HVAC company was going to charge me $1200 to replace a valve that was under warranty. A technician from Edward's Air came out and quickly realized that the tech from the other company had wired the AC unit incorrectly. Problem solved!!!

We had a whole new system put in by them. My parents have used them for years. They are fantastic people. They are always punctual and willing to give you the shirt of their back and help you out.

I called Edwards on Friday to have someone come out to unclog my drain line for the HVAC unit in the basement. Shawn gave me a few things to try on my own. I thought I had it fixed, but noticed water on the floor around the unit on Sunday. I called them back this morning and scheduled an appointment. Jimmy and Jamie arrived on time, fixed the problem and cleaned my electric filter. Then, to my amazement, they told me there was no charge. They told me that they really didn't do all that much and it took just a few minutes. This is the kind of service that restores my faith in service companies. This is how to run a business, earn a lifelong customer and, best of all, get referrals from those to whom you provide excellent service. I would recommend them for any heating/AC needs. You have my thanks and my business from now on.

About a week ago I called Shawn to advise her that the fan motor on my air conditioner was sounding a little sick. The fan blade was turning slowly and it didn't sound right. As I was on the phone with her it started to work fine. She offered to send Jamie and Jimmy out, but cautioned that it might be hard to diagnose if it is working when they arrive. I decided to wait. Sure enough, a week later it stopped working. I called at 7:30pm and left a message. She called right back and fit us into their schedule for the next day. I was dreading they were going to tell me I needed a new unit. Other contractors had commented on how old it is. Shawn called to advise they were on the way and they showed up right on time. After a few minutes of testing, all they said I needed was the fan motor, a new capacitor would be a good idea, and a couple pounds of freon. I hear many contractors try to sell you a new unit or charge $1000 for a new fan motor. I never feel like anyone from Edward's Air is trying to up sell me or gouge me. They said my old unit is just fine. I love these guys and highly recommend them.

Edwards Air came out to do an estimate on our furnace. We had been told by another company, who we had purchased a yearly maintenance plan with, that we needed a new furnace as soon as possible; they then proceeded to give us an estimate.
We were suspicious because we haven't had any issues with our furnace.
So we had 2 more estimates done of which Edwards Air was one. The first company who came never looked inside the furnace, just gave us a cost. Edwards Air opened everything up and showed us why the unit did NOT need to be replaced right now. They added that the company we have a maintenance agreement with did not even clean our unit.
Edwards Air then continued to clean the unit and when they turned on the furnace they discovered one of the burners did not light. They cleared the air passage and then it was fine. The maintenance company when they inspected never even lit the furnace. Edwards Air after their visit did not charge us and said that they considered this a sales call.
We appreciate their honesty and that they cared about the right solution for us. We would do definitely call them for any future needs.

They were just very friendly to work with. The wife of the gentleman who runs the company was the person that I spoke with on the phone. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The two guys who came to do the work were very good as well.

Our AC unit leaked out all of its coolant sometime in August 2012. Edwards Air was the third contractor we reached out to after the first contractor, who was the recommended contractor for my building, said we needed to completely replace our 2006 AC unit, and the second, who turned out to be associated with the first, suggested the same but at a slightly lower price. The whole thing seemed shady to me so I wanted to get another opinion.
My friend had Edwards Air's phone number saved on his phone. He couldn't remember why but said if he saved it then they must be good. Well I gave them a shot and I'm so glad I did! Jimmy and Jamie came out around mid September, looked at the unit, and suggested that it may have leaked because some cap had came loose. They couldn't be sure that was the source of the leak but rather than pitch a whole new AC unit to me like the first two guys did, they pumped it full of nitrogen, sealed it off, measured the pressure, and told me to give them a call next Spring to measure it again. If the pressure holds, then the cap was the source of the leak, if not, then it's somewhere else. Keep in mind that this was the end of summer, so I didn't even need the AC anymore by this point so I was all for it. Jamie and Jimmie suggested this course of action and didn't charge me a cent for their time.
Well, Spring came on and so did the heat, so I called Edwards Air to have them come out again. Fortunately for me, the pressure held. Jamie and Jimmy refilled my unit with coolant for the price they quoted me the first day they came out and I was good to go. A month has gone by now and my AC is working as good as new. Had I listened to the first two contractors, I would be a lot poorer today. Jamie and Jimmy care about their customers and are as honest as they come.

Our outside AC unit had been crushed by a tree in the last storm. We called a couple companies to see how much it would cost to replace the crushed unit. My parents recommended Jamie so we called them for an estimate. They gave a great estimate, could get the job done quickly and we could not be more pleased with their professionalism, friendliness and the quality of work. I will never call anyone else! Thank you Shawn, Jamie and Jimmie!

Our A/C unit broke during the immense heat wave last week. I called several A/C repair companies and they were all telling me it would take a week to get someone to look at our unit. In my mind, because of the extreme heat, this was unacceptable. A friend recommended I call Edwards Air, and I'm so glad that I did. They were OUTSTANDING!!! I called at 4pm on Thursday, and was told someone would be out Friday morning. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful and she made me feel like my call was the most important one she had all day!
Friday morning, I got a call telling me the guys were 15min away....which was much appreciated. Jamie and Jimmy showed up and were kind, respectful, friendly, and courteous. They took one look at my A/C unit, knew immediately what the problem was, and fixed it in about 40 min. I felt they were completely honest about everything and they explained what was going on every step of the way.
What shocked me the most was that when the work was finished, Jamie told me he wouldn't even bill me for a few days to make sure that the A/C was fixed and running properly. They clearly stand behind their work.
Edwards Air is a family owned business that truly appreciates their customers. I will never again call a 'big box' company for any A/C, furnace needs. Edwards Air will be my first call and the company I recommend to all of my friends!

He is fabulous; he can walk on water. Jamie Edwards is the owner. They dropped the filter off at my house and they invoiced me. Their professionalism is fabulous and they will go out of their way to help me. Their prices are extremely reasonable. All my friends use them. I've never had a bad experience. They are a smaller company. I would absolutely use them in the future and I have recommended him to a bazillion people.

They are a 2 to 3 man operation and they take care of me real well and give me good prices. They have a good reputation in the neighborhood. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t make a mess in the process. He is very good in that regard.
