East Side Carpet Cleaning

The guy (whose name I forgot) came within 24 hours, which was very gracious considering it was a few days before Christmas. He worked really hard to clean my upholstery. I mentioned a spot on the floor and asked how much to take care of that. He said it will only take a minute so he cleaned that and didn't charge. He used professional equipment - not some Rug Doctor Rental. About a week later I called and told him that when the sofas dried they looked dingy in some areas. He came back out. Inspected every cushion in the window light and cleaned everything that needed it all over again. He apologized, even though it is not his fault the sofas were very old, and told me he would come back again for no charge if they still didn't look good. But they looked great. He was polite and pleasant all the time.
