I was on the hospital when they did the job but it looks like the insects have disappeared when I came back. They charged me $225 for the whole thing. I don't use pest control services that often so I don't know if that's a good or bad price. They were pretty responsive. The guy was friendly. Very professional.

Eagle Pest Elimination Services were pretty good. They came out last summer to deal with a snake problem. He did a good job. He did get rid of the snakes!

They heated the whole house up to 140 degrees. I think they solved the problem. They showed up on time. The head technician that I worked with was very good, very personable and very thorough. They worked hard to solve the problem. The technician talked to the crew and explained that we had two couches that were heavily infested. They heated them up to 140 degrees instead of 120 to really blast the heat on those two pieces. They didn't leave any kind of mess or anything, so they were easy to work with. They showed up on time and left on time. We've spent $20,000 on this problem so far so I would use them again.

Stunningly professional. Mike came by to take a look at our cockroach infestation. Very knowledgable (and finds bugs fascinating). Explained to us how cockroaches live, where they are coming from, and instead of doing a hard sell to buy his services he gave us some really good information on how to try to deal with them first before going all out with insecticides. He took a lot of time with us and his recommendation was to try some simpler measures before going all out. A sniper approach vs a shotgun approach. He left us with some stuff. If we decide to go ahead with insecticides and other measures, the price is $85/quarter. I just wish every person I dealt with was as professional as he was.
