My apartment complex hires the company inclusive in the rent. Twice they did not show up. I had not been told that we must prepare for bed bug treatment until today I was not informed if anyone in my building had bed bugs I am 68 yrs old disabled and my husband has uncontrolled Ashema so chemicals ae out and they are suppose to use eco friendly chemicals. I do not yet know if anyone has bed bugs? The rep just knocks on my door after the manager called Egales Pest Control and no instructions were ever given to me by the company before hand. Again I am in a senior apartment and disabled.

I was on the hospital when they did the job but it looks like the insects have disappeared when I came back. They charged me $225 for the whole thing. I don't use pest control services that often so I don't know if that's a good or bad price. They were pretty responsive. The guy was friendly. Very professional.

I have been very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of their staff.  They seem quite informed about the diverse types of pests and their breeding practices as well as the chemicals the company employs.  On several occasions, the company responded promptly to calls to address an issue.

Eagle Pest Elimination Services were pretty good. They came out last summer to deal with a snake problem. He did a good job. He did get rid of the snakes!

They heated the whole house up to 140 degrees. I think they solved the problem. They showed up on time. The head technician that I worked with was very good, very personable and very thorough. They worked hard to solve the problem. The technician talked to the crew and explained that we had two couches that were heavily infested. They heated them up to 140 degrees instead of 120 to really blast the heat on those two pieces. They didn't leave any kind of mess or anything, so they were easy to work with. They showed up on time and left on time. We've spent $20,000 on this problem so far so I would use them again.
