********* IN RESPONSE TO COMPANY"S RESPONSE - 10/23/2015 *************************
Overall poor customer service by your company . I have the complete trail of emails we have sent to your company which is more than a dozen , not including the number of phone calls/voicemail that we left . Even after repeated efforts by us to get in touch with your company there was no effort from you company to communicate with us to fix the issue with the tub drain even after 4 months or more. The only response we got from your company was we are busy right now we will schedule the work when we get time. Even after waiting 4 months you couldn't schedule the work, and there was no response to our phone calls or email about any timeline when it will be fixed. Even then we gave your company benefit of doubt and time to get back to us. But no success there. You mentioned in your response that we didn't contact you regarding the water leak. Here is a proof of the email we sent to your company on September 21st 2015:

Hi Kelly and Donald,
This
is xxxx xxxxxxx - owner of the house on XXXXXXXXXX. You did the plumbing work for
the new house, constructed by XXXXX, XXXXX is the builder. I
left a voice message to you on Friday last week about the issue we are
having and did not hear back from you. We are not able to use the
bathtub in the master bathroom since the time (October 2014) we moved
into the house.
Today,
we noticed water leaking from the island sink in the kitchen - water is
leaking from the pipes under the sink. We noticed the damage today,
looks like it has been happening for sometime as we could see some
warping of the wood.
I sincerely appreciate if you can respond to me as soon as possible. Copying XXXX on this email.

So your statement about us not contacting you regarding the leak in the first year is a big lie. After you didn't respond to the above email/phone call, we got it fixed with our own expenses and we have all the proof to back it up including pictures. We had another leak in the kitchen dispenser area after this and we didn't bother to contact your company based on your past record of not responding to emails/phone calls, and therefore got it fixed with another plumbing company.
To your statement that the inspections went fine, therefore we did a good job doesn't speak much about the quality of work your company did based on how many issues we have encountered in the first year of construction. One example of attention to detail of your company's work, is hooking up the hot/cold water in the patio faucet wrong!!!!. So that says how well your folks have tested things.
Overall bad service and poor quality of work with little or no attention detail.

In this day and age of electronic trail, if you deny receiving an email from us on September 21st, I have no words for you and the discussion stops there, as we can agree to disagree. Regarding the point you made about us contacting you past the warranty on Sep 21st. We have been contacting you since June of 2015 regarding the tub leak, which is way within the warranty period, and your company couldn't get your folks to come and fix the tub even after 4 months and you talk about warranty period ending, that is a joke. The only time you contacted me was on August 27th at 6.41 P.M asking me a number to reach us at and I sent you immediately the same day a number to reach us at . After that no contact from you. Did you contact us after I sent the email with our phone number. NO. I have the complete emails to show how many times we have contacted your company and how many times you contacted us. The first email you sent was, "Yes we are busy this week, we will schedule something" and even after 4 months, looks like you folks were busy and we have no communication from you. Repeated phone calls/messages went to black hole. So basically it boils down to poor communication and service from your company.
As far as the wrong date of completion, I might have accidentally picked the wrong year on the review form. It doesn't matter , your company and we know exactly when the work was completed. Filling a wrong date on the review form is a not a big deal which you are repeating over and over to justify the poor service.!!!
The leak was not the garbage dispenser about which we sent you the email on September 21st. You need to read your emails patiently and with attention to detail. We clearly said it is the island sink in the kitchen and the email I attached in the earlier review proofs that too. The garbage dispenser leak was after the Kitchen island sink leak and we didn't even bother to contact your company about the garbage dispenser based on your past record of service. These leaks cannot wait for months.
So your company has failed in upholding the warranty on your work and provided poor service and workmanship. We waited for more than 4 months after the first email we sent regarding the tub leak for your folks to come and fix it . But of no hope here. So even after 4 months of waiting and you don't schedule anyone to come look at it, you expect us to believe in your company's service.? Sorry, we have no reason to deal with such poor service oriented companies.

Donald Sr and Donald Jr., performed the work. They were both very nice and professional. They protected the space and performed the work. There was a small leak in a supply line and Donald come back the same day to correct the issue.
Overall, I was satisfied with the work.
The plumbers employed by Donald Hunt Plumbing Inc. were courteous, skilled and professional craftsmen. The work they did was extremely tidy and provided flexibility for installation of the vanities we purchased for our bathrooms. Donald Hunt himself was knowledgeable and gave us an estimate that was fair and easy to understand. When discussing the details of the job, Donald and the plumbers themselves understood that the bathrooms were to be completed sequentially rather than simultaneously to allow our family to have at least one working bathroom upstairs, however there was a breakdown in communication between the plumbers and the scheduler.
Over the course of several weeks of demolition and construction we attempted to stay in contact with them as the job developed, but would not get a response from the office for several days and we would be told that the plumbers would be available the following day only to not have them come nor would we hear from the office for follow on scheduling. When we would inquire for specifics, the scheduler was often rude and condescending regardless of communicating by email or over the phone. The scheduler's misunderstanding of the sequential completion of the job, and a lack of two way communication led to serious delays in the completion of our project and required us to ask for a portion of our money to be returned so that we could employ a different plumber. These issues and the attitude of the scheduler towards us when we did finally have contact led to our overall dissatisfaction with Donald Hunt Plumbing Inc.
"Hi Mrs. [Members Name].. Thank you for your review. This helps us become better at what we do for both our loyal and future customers. I apologize to you that you were not satisfied with the service. However you failed to mention that you were the one who changed the scheduling and the scope of work as the job progressed and you were the one who scheduled and rescheduled because you were not ready as originally planned. A 2 trip job turned into a 5 trip job for us and we were trying to accommodate this without a price change, which is not a problem by any means as we try to accommodate every situation and circumstance to the best of our ability as we understand that schedules are at times hard to manage due to the scope of work that at times can be out of your or our control. I apologize that we could not meet your last requested schedule change by 1 day and you were not able to wait until the next day and I was happy to refund you for the final, per my suggestion. In fact, I refunded you not only for the 2 sinks that we could not hook up on the day that you insisted it be done after you changed the date, but I also refunded you for 2 of the sinks that we did hook up as a courtesy to you for your 1 day of inconvenience. We are a family owned company and do not always have 24 hour phone coverage as you will hear on the recorded message. But we do listen and handle all recorded voice mails as we receive them and we are available by email 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As which, I have all my emails to you and all of our correspondence to you saved showing that we were in fact in touch on a regular basis as I tried to work with you through all your changes and I would be glad to address that with you so that I can put to rest that you did if fact have communication with me at all times through out this process. I hope you are enjoying your finished project and that all went well and again I appreciate the feed back."
I would have given him an A++ but scheduling was a bit problematic. But overall he's worth it!
