This was a chimney cleaning & inspection for my condo's "prefab" fireplace. I am selling my condo and wanted to have it clean & inspected for the new homeowner-to be! Mr. Navia was professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently and fee was reasonable.

Chimney/fireplace cleaning and inspection was performed at our house. Julio was really personable, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgable. He recommended some things to us, including one that he said he could do for us, but that we could also do ourselves. He sent photos of the areas he cleaned and inspected, inside and out and higher up the chimney, and a detailed report of what needed to be done and what could wait. The price was below what other estimates showed. We will use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Excellent from start to finish. Easy to set up appointment, arrived on time, did an excellent cleaning job the fireplace and chimney, provided detailed written report of chimney inspection, including pictures. Very pleasant and thorough. Highly recommend.

Julio did a great job not only cleaning the chimney, but the pit as well. He cleaned the fireplace glass doors, oiled the opening to out door air and the fire screen chains. He was exceptionally neat and conscientious. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We had Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. Details did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in the house as well as detecting a problem with the Dryer pipe connection in the attic and fixing it. The charges were reasonable; they did a fantastic job. We will definitely contact them again for future house maintenance.

He took before and after pictures of the ducts and emailed them to me which was nice. I hadn't realized just how dirty my ducts were- gross!
