Flawless. I had 2 dents on body lines. One on fender one on door. Amazing how they disappeared. Works on saturday. Very responsive. I called several dent repair companies. He was only one to respond. Excellent result. If you have a dent with no paint missing don't bother with a body shop. Detroit repair is the way to go. Only took an hour. Even my wife could not find the repair spot. Very highly recommended

He fixed several small to medium sized dents on our mercedes suv, which looked flawless after he worked on them. Prices are fair, and the worker (forget his name) was very professional. Will use them in the future for sure.

Wow! I am the hardest person in the world to please when it comes to repairs on my cars but Paul, at Dent Masters in Tyson's Corners, sure pleased me. He did an unbelievable job repairing a number of dents on my cherished classic car. He even went above and beyond and repaired a dent that wasn't on the estimate. When I told him thanks, he said that he saw it while he was in the panel and just couldn't leave it. Now that is real customer service. Thanks Paul!

I emailed a photo of my car and a dent. Quickly he sent a response and said it was unlikely that their no-paint process could address the problem. This saved me time and directed me to a body shop.

I arrived early and they were able to start early, which was great. The work was quoted at taking an hour, but ended up taking around 45 minutes, which was great again. The dent came out easily, but left a small paint splinter. They offered to give a discount for leaving the splinter, which was also nice. Overall, good experience. Quick, punctual, and professional, I will use them in the future.

A friend had used this Dentmaster location. He is picky and was really pleased with them and the results. I did not want to re-paint. Car color is Sterling Gray.
Spoke with Pete and Paul for 30 minutes at the shop. They set realistic timing and outcome for the work. As an FYI...there is a lot going on behind the door panels on these German cars. They provided a free loaner for 3 days which was very helpful. I got call everyday with an update.
When I saw the car done, I could not believe how well it turned out. The panels looked factory.
I felt really good about the whole experience and would use or recommend them in a heartbeat.

He provided an accurate estimate of time and cost. He also noted a small mark that would not be able to be repaired prior to the repair. The repair was quick and well done.

The result were simply stunning. The dings and hale damage are totally gone. You simply cannot tell where they were. Showed it to several other people who had seen the damage and they too were completely blown away. Well worth the money, and all the work was done in a few hours.
They also provided me a ride to/from my office which was a few miles away from their shop.

Richard did a great job, was up front about cost and time, responsive via email to give me a sense of the cost of the repair, was able to quickly fit me into his schedule for the repair, and fixed the vehicle while I waited. The hood looks great.

Called to make appt. for estimate. Got and quot;Dent Manand quot; Don live on the phone and arranged appt the same afternoon.
Arrived at shop and pulled right into service bay. Got acceptable estimate after brief negotiation.
Waited for repair to be completed. Took about 40 minutes - great! Instead of dealing with the hassle and expense of a body shop, then having to leave the truck for a day or two, I was in and out of Dent Master in less than an hour with a good repair at a reasonable cost.

Both of these were from being hit in a parking lot. My insurance company said it would be $1,700, but when I took it to Dent Masters, they did it for $500! They don't punch holes in the car. It's done with a heat process and all done by hand. They were careful and finished the car in a day. When I picked up my car, they were washing my car by hand. I was amazed! They need to be made known because they are great.
