Davenport Insulation

Marc Brown came out measure everything, spoke to me about cost and Options.  He then emailed me a detailed quote.  I lost the quote and he had to send again, no problem.

Two men came out to do the install, very courteous and professional.  Covered everything, wore the booties and made sure everything was a spotless when they left as when they came in.

Whole thing took about 1-1/2 hours and has made a world of difference in my comfort level on my upper floor (which ironically was colder than my main level.

The only reason I gave them a B on the price was not that it was fair compared to the other quotes that I had, but they had no discount for Angie's List Members.

Both times they were TOP SHELF. Marc, the sales rep responded timely, pricing was immediate, contract emailed immediately, made payment over the phone, crews arrived when scheduled, very professional, clear neat and clean, high quality work. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I contracted with Davenport Insulation to complete the unfinished job of another company.
The crew of two men worked fast, were very quiet, covered the entire floor with plastic, and installed the insulation at a level that exceeded by far my expectations! After having a terrible experience with the previous company, I was very pleased with the quality of work I received from Davenport and I highly recommend them.

Did good job, efficiently and when the said the would.

Was initially worried about my experience with Davenport when they missed an initial consulation meeting with my wife that she had to take off work for. However, Rob was overly apologetic (prior client had gone on much longer than expected) and came out the next day at a time of my own convenience. Rob was great to work with, very professional in setting up the appointment and very fair in pricing, while working with my insurance company who were not meeting the bid. Rob stood up for what we were entitled to, and impressed upon the insurance company the need to do a blown-in job the right way (my adjuster wanted drywallers to leave bags of insulation in the affected areas).
Day of installation was great - my team set up super quick and did an excellent job of sealing off our living space from the insulation job. And they were done super-quick as well - even less than the two hours Rob forecast.
Really pleased all around, they did a great job at a great price and I would highly recommend.
