I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Cleve Wallace. I was honestly somewhat hesitant to hire him because his price was SO much more competitive than the other bids I got. But, WOW, am I glad I did hire him. Cleve went above and beyond, fixed things that weren't included in our price at no additional charge, and made sure the job was done right. When we discovered that the Jacuzzi tub did not work, as a result of a faulty Jacuzzi control panel, Cleve took out the tub, and fixed it with the parts Jacuzzi sent, at no additional charge. Cleve has a level of craftsmanship that is second to none, and made design suggestions that made our bathroom pop. We liked him so much, we even had him do another flooring project, and have him lined up for our hall bathroom and kitchen full remodel. Cleve was a true gentleman, and very respectful of my wife and understanding of my three boys (all under 5 yrs old). If you are looking for an affordable, quality craftsman to complete your bathroom, kitchen, or basement remodel, Cleve Wallace, owner of Custom Designers is the man! Cleve seems to have had plenty of experience, with precision puncutality, detail in work and speed. No lunch or cigarette breaks were taken, but continuace work to get the job done. He replaced the tile flooring in my shower that requires level of technical detail. I am myself a mid level do it yourself homeowner and he did a great job with patience and no attitude. Listen to my exact needs and did not make excuses. Paid attention to detail was clean at doing the job and cleaning up. Saved me money where needed. Other guys I talked to provided the same rates but were a no show. I do not undrestand why other contractors cannot work like Cleve

Very reasonable price, good work quality. Communicate wll with me using text message. Finished job in just two days (hardwood stairs and bethroom tiles). Only one thing, forgot caulking toilets after finishing the bathroom floor, but it is not a big issue, it took me a few minuts to complete the caulking.

My husband and I needed to have new tile put in the master bath shower. Cleve did an AWESOME job! Having a newborn in the house I was a little concerned about the dust but there was not a speck around when he was finished.
