Excellent! Work was done ahead of schedule for Greed upon price. Communication from the shop was outstanding with daily updates. Would not hesitate to recommend this repair company to anyone! Quality of work was superb!!!

Great and it looked better than new.

I called for an appointment for an estimate, and set up a time for that afternoon. Unfortunately, traffic made me nearly 15 minutes late. I was impressed pulling into the lot, where everything was clean and tidy. The office/waiting area was just as neat, which tells me these folks take pride in how things look (important in body work!). Pam, who greeted me at the desk, acted like it was no problem at all. She looked at the damage to my front bumper corner and fender liner, and listened to my concern that I didn't want to put a lot of money replacing parts on a 10-year-old car that I'm just hoping to nurse along for one more year. Pam explained the liner was shredded and would have to be replaced ($$) or it would probably do for my needs if I left it cobbled together as is. Then she took the car to the back, had clips put in to secure the bumper corner to the frame. She absolutely refused to let me pay for the work. Within fifteen minutes of pulling in, I was on the road again. It may have been a minor thing to her, but the service and kindness was a big deal to me! Hopefully I won't need more body work in the future, but if I or anyone I know does, I will happily send them to Craftsman of Manassas. (They also do USAA repair work.)

This excellent service was done at the Willard Rd facility.

Craftsman Autobody has done expert work. Any problems that have occurred have been minimal and were remedied to my satisfaction.

They have been very good. I have had good experiences with them before. They were very courteous. They called me periodically, to keep me informed on how the work was going. I've recommended them, since they do really good work.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AAIN IF NECESSARY. I DO RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY ONE ELSE WHO IS IN THE MANASSAS AREA WHO NEEDS GODD WORK DONE ON THEIR CAR.
