I hired this contractor for a small basement framing project, and while they were extremely nice and personable, I had a disappointing experience. They worked for just 6.5 hours, completing less than half of the job. Key issues included improperly spaced wall studs (17.5" instead of 16"), unsecured ladder blocking, only 3 feet of a 31-foot wall being plumb, and misaligned soffit framing. What stood out most was that the contractor demanded 75% payment to leave the job, threatening a lien despite the incomplete and subpar work. Based on my experience, I?d strongly recommend looking for another contractor if you are considering them.

This contractor took our money 6 months ago and left us hanging in the middle and took 50 percent of deposit almost 30k. Now they have disappeared and no contact from them at all even after our lawyer sent them a demand letter. Never never go by thier sweet talks. They are horrible fraud
