There was a miss understanding about the two different vanities that had two difference sizes. They cut one of them wrong but they did correct the issue without charges us more. Other than that, we were satisfied with what they did for us. Two technicians were here doing the installation and it took about an hour on two sperate visits.

The owner worked directly with us and even helped us pick slabs. Great customer service. Another vendor we got an estimate from told us we needed 4 seams (trying to cut their costs) for our basic U-shaped layout. Copan told us two would be no problem. They did it easily and a great job too. It also saved us A LOT of $ by working directly with them and eliminating the middle man.
