Tech was very friendly. When he got to our house, he asked if we had any issues. He checked and cleaned the furnace and had several items listed on the paperwork regarding the health of the furnace in addition to readings and explained what they all meant before leaving. He made sure the work space was cleaned too.

It went beyond what we expected. The technician, Jeff, came within the allotted time frame, very courteous and knowledgeable. It turned out that we don't need a replacement, but he did find a leak in a coil (?). He did his inspections of both of our AC units, made recommendations. At no time, I felt I was pressured into buying a new service. His professionalism gave me the confidence that this is THE company I want to hire to service my HVAC needs. We signed a maintenance plan on the spot. Thanks.

Our furnace was making an intermittent noise and not completing the heating cycle. We called for service on Friday morning and Mark told us Jeff would be here that afternoon. Jeff arrived early afternoon and inspected our furnace. My husband explained the noise but of course the furnace was not making the noise while Jeff was here. By listening to my husband's description of the problem, Jeff replaced a control on the furnace which he believed was causing the problem. He finished by saying if we heard the noise again to call the office and he would be right out. No need. We have not heard the noise and the furnace is operating perfectly. Jeff's knowledge to diagnose without actually seeing or hearing the problem is impressive. This company has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent service for our heating and air-conditioning units.

My wife was at home for this service call, not me, so I can't be very specific, other than he was on-time.  Very likable guy, he remembered things that we had discussed when he was at our house last fall. 

They had serviced my old one many times and made it last twice as long as the life expectancy, but I eventually had to replace it.  They gave me a great product at a great price.  They did everything they promised and there were no surprises on the invoice.  Despite it being a busy time of year, they were able to get the unit and complete the work within 10 days of my call.   The install guys were courteous and professional.  They showed me both how to use my new system and how to maintain it.

The best part??  I have saved sooo much money on my electric bill! It was way more obvious over the summer months, but it is noticable year round (I've had the new system 15 months now).  I was scared of the cost, but now I wish I had done it sooner.

I would definitely recommend Comfort Professionals to anyone.  The new system is great and Carlos did a phenominal job servicing the old one.
